This company was recommended by State Farm. Bad choice. Caliber took possession of my 2021 Jeep Cherokee on Aug 27th, returned it three times (so far) for me to do the quality control of their work. The first time it was shoddy bodywork, out of alinement (running ridges), and failure to repair sensors. Caliber's second attempt was a total failure to repair electronics. Caliber claims they have a quality team, proven to be false by their failure to fix the problems. Jeep was returned to them a third time for the same electronic issues. The best I can tell is they are using used, cheap, fake parts, or non-OEM parts or maybe they just don't have the skill set to diagnose & repair the issue. Caliber returned the Jeep to me 11/1/24 (71 days after they started working on the Jeep) and the issue is still occurring. Yes, I was angry with Caliber, State Farm, and the insurance agent. When I spoke with the manager on 10/31 & Caliber was not going to return the Jeep until it was fixed. FAR from the truth, as Caliber said it was ready on 1/1 at 4:49pm, and you guessed it, NOT fixed and in fact the Jeep shows obvious poor workmanship and total failure to even review their work. Yes I have photos to demonstrate. If they have skilled people, why is the customer (me) doing the quality control and the verification the Jeep is "operating correctly" and safe. Yes, safety is an issue. one of the issues is the radar system is or is not operating correctly and that safety is a significant issue. I am not a expert, I have no idea and neither does Caliber. In my call to Caliber last night, I was told the District Manager would be reaching out to me in 24 to 48 hours. I have little to no expectation that will occur. read more

Can you give less then one star review because if I could I would. The worst repair and glass shop ever!!!!!! Just had my windshield replaced by them for something they did while repairing the front end on my Lexus. They had my car from June 13th until July 12th. Picked it up at 5:30pm, it was so filthy inside from the repair shop, I thought it was from being towed back to Idaho from Oregon because the tow truck driver had all four of my windows down plus the hood was unlatched. Had to take it back on the 15th to be cleaned, but I guess the black greasy handprints was from someone else and not shop personal. Fine cleaned those up myself. On the 19th of July, when I got to work, I noticed the bumper, what they so called fixed, had popped loose. Called again, and all I kept getting was I'll have to talk to my manger, now keep in mind all work that was done by them was and still is under warranty. Finally got a call back from Eric, the manager in Oregon, not because I called about the bumper coming off but because I left a bad review. It took from July 19th, when I called, to sometime around the end of August first part of September to replace the bumper again. They sprayed something on my windshield, that three people from the shop in Idaho could not get off so they had to replaced it. So a month later, because today is October 1st, they replaced my windshield. After they were done, I asked if they were going to clean up the black handprints that I know for a fact they made or lifted because I watched them the entire time and I know wasn't there before they started. Light tan interior, black handprints will stand out. They cleaned a couple of spots but then I got "oh that's from the shop" and they refused to clean it. For a shop to have a vehicle from June 13th to July 12th and after being paid around $10,000.00 total for the work that was done, it's not worth $10.00. And still have issues 3 months later. I don't understand. I don't trust this company as far as I can throw them. Sloppy work, horrible customer service and just a lazy bunch of people. They did the least amount of work that they could get by with. WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN NOT EVEN TO FIX A MATCH BOX CAR. read more

My pickup was hit when I was driving home I had my pickup taken to caliber. There was a lot of issues with the insurance company and Communications between them myself and Caliber. Everybody I dealt with at Caliber was extremely professional and responded quickly. Even though the insurance company was not passing along any communications between the two of us. I took my car in to get looked at after a hit and run this last week. First Scott Jacobs tried to tell me I didn't have an appointment until 25th of February when I made the appointment they said January 25th. Then Scott looked at my car and said they would send me a quote. I let him know I was moving out of the state at the end of February (before doing the quote) and would like to get it fixed before I move. I got the quote the same day and called to ask when we could get my car in. Scott told me they are unable to get my car in until June. He was nothing but rude throughout the whole process. I asked how to get it transferred to a center near where I'm moving. His response was basically that he has no idea and he can't help me. I understand if they are busy but why even take my car and do an estimate when you don't have any appointments until June and you know I'm moving? Thanks for being useless Scott! read more
