The office was very clean, they had a form ready for my situation, the person who help me was very kind and professional, and they were able to buff out most of the scratch on my vehicle. They gave me an estimate for a full repair, but I decided not to proceed with that (the remaining scratch is barely noticeable). All in all an excellent experience and I would definitely use this shop again!

Approximately 1.5 hours of work. Estimate seemed reasonable but I'm not an expert on this type of paintless dent repair work. Estimate was accurate at time of payment. Came out just like new. It would be so much easier if I could just write "what they all said", but YELP won't let me do…read morethat because my review would be too short. But seriously, I would be sounding like a broken record (for you younger folks, a record, a.k.a. But I digress... Malcolm did a great job and I agree with the majority of the reviews. In other words, "what they all said"!

After going to a chain auto body repair shop I found Ray's to be much more agreeable to my needs…read more Only 5 days to repair compared to 2 weeks or longer. Also the repair was considerably less. 30% less for insurance claim. I also had another scraped bumper (our fault so not claiming) that was 50% less. Everything Brian said they could help with was done plus there were a couple things I forgot to attend to and he took care of it with a smile. When I picked up the car I mentioned a couple scratches on another bumper that I suppose happened in a parking lot. He said wait a moment and he would see if they could rub it out.... What a great surprise! All in all great service at a great price and beautifully done. I recommend Ray's without reservation.

Keep in mind I am a female and know very little about cars. I don't know the correct terminology for certain things. Billy took advantage of that and quoted me over $150 more than other competitors which was absurd. I recommend to shop around as there are plenty of other dent removal companies. I called a few other places around the area that are well known and the quoted me far less. Edit: I had someone come out the other day and they were able to remove the dent for me for a fraction of what Billy quoted me!! Definitely shop around as there are much cheaper and better places than Dent Tec...

Absolutely Terrible Experience - Avoid This Shop…read more I took my 2023 Denali in for a simple repair after it was bumped in a parking lot on the bedside. I was told the repair would take about a week. Two weeks later, I went to pick it up and was shocked at the poor quality of work. The paint was awful -- the rocker panel wasn't even painted, there were runs in the clear coat, and the gravel guard looked completely different from the factory side. They agreed to fix it, but after another week, I picked up my truck and it somehow looked even worse. I was then told, "That's the best we can do, and if you want it to look good, you'll need to take it to another shop." This is the worst customer service and workmanship I've ever experienced. I would never trust them with a vehicle again.
