Took my car in this morning to get a dent fixed on my rear driver's side door. I've only had my white 2013 Lexus RX350 for 2 weeks and someone opened their rear passenger side door into my car leaving a black scuff mark and 1 inch diameter dent common to a design line in the door panel. Total time to fix the dent was about 45 minutes and the car looked like the dent never even happened (any panel scratches were polished away too). Ryan at Dent Solutions is the absolute BEST!!! I am so impressed by him and his level of friendliness, professionalism, warmth, and awesomeness. My car was scratched in a parking lot and I brought it over to Dent Solutions (after finding them thanks to Yelp!) for a quote. Ryan took a look and said that he could probably buff out the scratches. Without my saying another word, he ran off and brought back a buffing machine (?) and went to work. Most of the scratches came out but a few didn't so he gave me the card to a local bodyshop that will hopefully do a great job restoring the bumper when I bring it in tomorrow. Doug is a true master of his craft. Dent Solutions was recommended by my Porsche mechanic (Aker's), as well as Marv Engstrom at Magic Customs. I had a difficult, large dent on the top of the fender that other paintless dent repair places would have sent me to a body shop for. Doug has been a lifesaver more than once. First time my brand new car that didn't even have a license plate on it yet got a door ding. Got Doug's name from Steve's Custom Cars in Bellevue (also highly recommended). Called Doug for a difficult dent on the right rear quarter panel (on the body line) of my wife's BMW328I convertible. When he was done he called us out to inspect his work. He is a magician! There was absolutely no trace of the dent, the body line was perfectly restored, and there was no damage to the paint. He also noticed another small dent, low down on the driver's door and fixed that too! I was nervous about letting just anyone work on my wife's car, but Doug did a great job (he has lots of the right tools, which is always a good sign). I just got my car repaired. He is really cool guy and the work was done quite well. He fixed the ding of my passenger's side door to mostly invisible level just in ten minutes. I really appreciated it. However, the address link to his business seemly incorrect. He is actually doing mobile business. The best way should be to call him first and make a arrangement. Ive worked at car dealerships all my life and simply put Ive never seen anyone do the work Doug does. Not only is the work above and beyond expectations every single time, but Doug is amazing in every other business aspect as well. He answers his phone every time you call. He is ALWAYS 100% up front. On the rare occasion that you have to leave a message he calls you back as soon as possible. When he says he will be there at 1230, he's there at 1230. Doug never tries to take on something he doesnt know he can 100% get done properly. If he is not sure it will be perfect he lets you know it may not be 100%. There is never any surprises. His prices are very reasonable. Lets face it, even if you find someone for $20 cheaper, I'd rather pay $20 more dollars knowing that its going to be done properly and turn out properly. Please give Doug a call and at least have him look at a dent before you think about going to a body shop and paying Labor, cost of parts, cost of paint etc. Saves you hundreds and hundreds of dollars.
