I received it back in SEPTEMBER 6 months after having to contact police and go through a third-party, which was Toyota dealership to retrieve my car I had front end damage. It should've taken no longer than three months max (dealership confirmed something wasn't right) and they started on my car a week after having it (or so I was told) During the six months and few days that my car was at CRM COLLISION , I have been cussed out by Chris The owner. I have been told over 26 times that my car would be ready that day comes and goes in my car had not been ready. I had previously left a bad review, and then was told that my car would not be touched until the bad review was taken down. Chris is a married man and has made comments about my vagina shape in my pants. Has made comments after paying for a rental out-of-pocket because he yet again did not have my car ready that if he continued to pay for my rental, he would need to take me to the back room and work something out. Made several sexual advances that I had to casually brush off because he had control of my car . I have never had such a terrible experience. September 9, 2023 I finally have my car back! If you value your physical or mental health, do not go here I tried to support this body shop because it's a smaller body shop and instantly regretted it. I am currently working with Toyota to make sure all my parts are actually OEM parts and not aftermarket parts, I almost started to think that my car was a part of a chop shop if I didn't lay eyes on it. Quality is terrible Absolutely NO professionalism Truly feel bad for this man's wife I wonder how many woman have payed for their car with one of Chris's "arrangements" This shop is a joke! I am very impressed with the service we received from Fisher's Towing! The young man who came to tow my son's truck was phenomenal! He took his time and was considerate to go above and beyond to not further damage the truck while loading it onto the flatbed. It was an extremely cold night with temps in the 20"s and stong wind but he took his time and saved the truck from getting torn up while loading and unloading. Top service from everyone we talked to that night to the technician who came to tow. AND, at a reasonable price!!! Thank you Fisher's towing!!!

We recently purchased the vehicle used, so was unaware of the condition on the break pads. I scheduled an appointment with Rainey's automotive and dropped off the vehicle the next day. Promptly, the mechanic personally called me, and told me that my breaks were not bad, they were about 1/2 life left, but the rotors looked like they had surface damage from being too hot. He resurfaced the rotors, and it took care of the problem. The mechanic could have lied, and told me the breaks were bad, and made more money, but was honest. Honesty and integrity go a long way in my book. I will be back! It's great to have a mechanic that you can trust! It's one of the advantages of our small town :). Definitely an asset to Lenoir!
