I primarily dealt with them over the phone before agreeing on a price. When I got there, that was the price. There were no additional packages, or undercoats, or any other up sell gimmicks pushed on me in any way. Sometimes when you know what you want and you know what you want to pay, that's that. I surprised my husband by buying him a new F-150 Ford Lariat Diesel pick up. I had been in contact with the dealership by email and by text. When we pulled into the lot, my husband asked what we were doing there and I told him we're buying you a new truck. Rodney had two ready for us to test drive a diesel and a gas truck. We took about a 20 mile test drive in the diesel and pulled over and took pictures and really examined it. When we got back we tried the gas truck and though it was beautiful it just didn't ride as well as the diesel. After only a half mile we turned around and went back and bought the diesel. Both Rodney and Jeff were very easy to work with. If the service does as well as they did, we will be buying more from them in the future! Thanks for such a great buying experience! read more

I called service dept told them what I needed done made an appointment and they canceled it on me, I make another appointment take my car up there was 15 minutes early for appointment, I go to lunch and come back and in a hour and a half they didn't do a thing to it, then they look at it and say we have to order parts. I told them twice when making appointments what needed done to have what was needed on hand and they failed. They wasted 2 1/2 hours of my time on my only day off of work, I drove about 50 miles round trip so they wasted my gas too! I bought my car from them and this is the way I'm treated! The last thing I ever wanna deal with is buying a car from your traditional "know it all" salesperson that wants to try & talk over you when you are telling them what exactly you are looking for. My Mom has experienced this time & time again at dealerships, & has even been told, "Lets just wait till your husband can come in with you.." That assumption alone shouldn't even be a thing in 2020, but apparently it is. It was her money in this case.
