You probably don't think I am qualified to make statements like "they were running behind" or "how long does it take for an oil change." Well not to name drop, but, jokes on you because my Uncle Ed is in the oil changing business and he knows what's up. Anyway, that is not the rant I am here for. DeNooyer was on time (I would hope so, I had an appointment), the waiting room was clean, depending on which room you were in wifi was dependable (and free), no free snacks (I mean, what do you think this is the Cadillac dealership), but free coffee. My guess is they provide coffee so you can sit and enjoy the company you are forced to share time with. For example, what if I was sleepy when I went in there and dozed off while my oil was being changed. I would have totally missed Shelly... and more specifically, her playing music from her phone for everyone else to hear. Damn it Shelly, have some manners. You know better than listening to your music like that. I love MJ, but I don't like listening to Smooth Criminal in the waiting room of a place where I feel like I am already overpaying (this is not a knock on DeNooyer, everyone feels they are overpaying every visit to every mechanic ever in the history of car problems). Seriously people/Shelly, can we just have a little respect for my audible personal space. Shelly, unless you are going to get up and start dancing your ass through that waiting room, nobody needed to hear YOUR music. To recap: DeNooyer get some snacks. Shelly, turn your f*cking music off. Shelly's kids, buy your mom some headphones.

There was no pressure to buy just answers to questions I had. Before I bought the car there were a couple of concerns I had and they were fixed immediately. My husband had had a stroke and was not able to be a part of the process. We had been to several other used car dealerships that tried to take advantage of the fact that it was my first time buying a car on my own but Jason took his time and let me go at my own pace. We love our new car and after checking around we appreciated the very fair price . I would recommend them to everyone looking for a used car!

My son purchased…read morea 2017 Ford Escape for 13000 dollars with a Level 3 warranty that cost an additional 2600 dollars. 8 months later the car had to be towed to the dealership for the entire dashboard being lit up in red telling him to turn the car off immediately. It was a coolant sensor which cost $466.00 to repair with the additional extended warranty, so he paid it. A month later the check engine light came on again so he bought a code scanner and found out it was a misfire in cylinder 1 so he took it back to their service department to be fixed but the service rep listened to the engine running and told him it could be the spark plug and the coil pack. He told him it would cost a lot more for West Point to fix it and it would be cheaper to fix himself. So he did. A month later the check engine light came on again. He finally had to take it in to their service department to look at because the car would not accelerate on the highway. They told us it would be 2 weeks before they could even look at it, so he left it hoping they would look at it sooner if someone cancelled. Surprise. We had to call them after 3 weeks to find out what was wrong with the car. My son was told the head gasket was a bust and it would be too much time to repair and they couldn't get parts for 2 months. The best option was to replace it with a used engine that had 78,000 miles on it for 7100 dollars. They handed me an invoice for 10,644 dollars in order to repair the car, but said that wasn't the cost! We confronted Jason about selling stripped down warranties where important boxes on page 4 were not checked and he said that would have been a surcharge. We never even saw those boxes at the time of sale nor did we have the surcharge option. I asked the service department to produce denial paperwork for the repairs and I asked the warranty company to produce denial paperwork. I still haven't gotten it and that was more than 2 weeks ago. In a nut shell, they sold us a car they knew had these issues because there is literally a class action law suit brought against Ford for this very problem and probably used a sealant like KSeal to hide the problem for a while, sold us a stripped down DOWC (which stands for dealer owned warranty company) and then basically told us there was nothing they could do about it and pretty much they didn't care. In addition their service department guy wanted to assault my fiancé in the parking lot and then called the police on us. The Better Business Bureau has been contacted and a complaint has been filed along with a complaint to the Michigan department of the Attorney General. If you have gotten to this point, you can contact me at kapage1970@yahoo.com and I will be happy to pass along any information in regards to what I have found out about the warranties and their shady business practices.

Ali Kabil knows his vehicles and his craft, you can tell he enjoys what he does and so does the finance manager. This is the second car I've purchased off Ziegler. In less than 3 hours, I test drove, purchased, and drove away in my new-to-me vehicle. Would have been faster if there was 2 finance managers on duty (but it's not worth knocking a star off the rating ). All positive reviews on Google are real and well earned.

On 10/14/2026, I visited Honda Zeigler Kalamazoo to purchase a certified pre-owned Honda Accord…read more Before my visit, I worked with manager Travis to finalize everything ahead of time. He agreed to remove a GPS tracker and ceramic coating package I didn't want, said he would resubmit my financing application for the certified pre-owned Accord (originally submitted for a new Civic), and sent me an updated bill of sale reflecting those changes. My goal was to come in, test drive, and sign. When I arrived around 3:45 PM, Travis had left for the day and another salesperson, Brian, took over. The bill of sale he presented included the add-ons I had already declined. He told me the GPS tracker could not be removed. When I said I would not buy the car with it, he left to speak with a manager for an extended period without giving me any updates. When he returned, he offered to discount the GPS, then informed me that my financing was still approved for a new Honda Civic and had to be resubmitted for the Accord. The new approval came back with a higher APR and higher monthly payment than I was originally quoted. In total I was at the dealership for over three hours, long enough that I left to get food and came back to eat it in their waiting area. When I sat down with the finance manager, Brandon, I said the numbers looked fine but that I was frustrated with the wait, since the delays came from internal miscommunication. He responded that the national average wait at a dealership is 2 hours, said "I'm not exactly sure what you're looking for here," and when I said an apology would be a start, told me "I am not apologizing." I was prepared to make a large cash down payment and left without purchasing. To date, I have not received any response from the business.
