History

Established in 1981.

John Landrum started Lovell Auto on Lovell Street in Schoolcraft MI. He was truck driver and started doing truck repair. In 1983 his 2 Sons Tom and Charlie took over the business and started working on all automotive and small engine repair. In the Late 80's Tom became the sole owner. Lovell Auto out grew its home and moved from Lovell Street to 14th Street. The 5 stall building opened up more services we can now offer from tires repair and balancing to alignments.

Carr Craft was suggested to me by another shop in the area, so I gave them a call. The scheduling folks were great and were able to get me in quickly, I was able to get it in and back the same day with an in-depth analysis of the problems as well as a quick fix to shore up some of the service issues in less than an hour. But you can be assured no other shop could come close... I cannot spread the word for enough about the integrity of this shop and especially Jake! You guys knocked it out of the park!
