Primarily my issues are the follwoing; the vehicle arrived without fuel so i had to push it by hand due to a loose fuel line which leaked all the gas, the condition of the rubber gaskets around the windows, a poor bondo repair on the front left drivers side corner of the vehicle, and a paint job that was sub par and included many chips. The photo's used in the auction were at such and angle and distance to not catch these issues. I'm attaching photo's of these issues that should have been included in the close up photo's of the auction. In the auction they protrayed the vehicle as wrapped in saran wrap and stored in a climate control storage with only 33k miles. the decay and scratches represent a car with more like 133k miles so i'll assume the later is accurate. I'm very disappointed in the company because they wouldn't reply to my calls or emails, nor were they willing to review these details with me or even have a phone conversation. Once they get your money they won't be around any further. Shame on them and buyer beware of Heather Campbell and Regia auto group.

Within a minute of stepping inside the showroom I was greeted by a friendly Tyler. I indicated I needed to get started looking and we immediately went out to the lot which featured a very large selection of used cars to look at. I sat in several and Tyler listened to my want list in my desired new car. He suggested a newer Jeep. I immediately felt the car he chose was a winner. He hit all my needs in this one. I test drove it for about 2 hours as I had some errands to run. We discussed some terms and a couple aftermarket items I wanted ( a hitch was one). I decided to drive it for the weekend and the rest is history. They were very fair in negotiating a price with me. I feel I got an excellent, like-new vehicle for a fair price! They helped me get the hitch installed, gave me a loaner for a day, and got my new car shined up and detailed to send home with me. Even a full gas tank! I couldn't be happier with the professional, courteous, and knowledgable team, and a great inventory. I left with a great car still under warranty. Great job Cole-Krum! And great job Tyler!

Bought a 2023 used certified truck 4 days after pickup it left me stranded they were NO help ! called Drew the salesman he couldn't even tell me how warranty towing worked . said well if you get it towed here we can look at it. call Royal Chevy in coldwater and got more help in 5 minutes then I got in an hour from Cole Krum. all Drew could say about being stranded was sorry to hear that, basically sucks to be you ! never even got a follow up call to check on us. WOULD NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN !!!!!
