They told her that it would be back on Wednesday, so she set an appointment, then texted them that she was on her way and he said ok. She made it almost there, and he texted her that the vehicle was already SOLD!!! What a complete waste of time, and so unprofessional. A week later, I received a call indicating that since we didn't buy the car at their dealership, a loaner was not available. The car has 28,000 miles on it! I could understand if it were something I caused, but it's a recall. Booked at a local Ford Dealership and problem solved. Audi and BMW never treated us this way. Be warned of a lack of past sale support.

Within a minute of stepping inside the showroom I was greeted by a friendly Tyler. I indicated I needed to get started looking and we immediately went out to the lot which featured a very large selection of used cars to look at. I sat in several and Tyler listened to my want list in my desired new car. He suggested a newer Jeep. I immediately felt the car he chose was a winner. He hit all my needs in this one. I test drove it for about 2 hours as I had some errands to run. We discussed some terms and a couple aftermarket items I wanted ( a hitch was one). I decided to drive it for the weekend and the rest is history. They were very fair in negotiating a price with me. I feel I got an excellent, like-new vehicle for a fair price! They helped me get the hitch installed, gave me a loaner for a day, and got my new car shined up and detailed to send home with me. Even a full gas tank! I couldn't be happier with the professional, courteous, and knowledgable team, and a great inventory. I left with a great car still under warranty. Great job Cole-Krum! And great job Tyler!

So when you show up, they give you a piece of junk (mass produced tumbler or earbuds etc) and then try to sell you on a car. Total waste of time, do not give people like this your money. The car finally arrived and I went to pick it up. Granted this dealership was over a hour and a half away from my home. I was super excited to be buying a brand new car. When I arrived at the dealership. I had to go seek out the sales person. She seemed less than excited. The car was not detailed very well. There were scratches and dirty marks on the inside and out. The interior color was not what I chose. The sales person seemed like I should just accept everything without being upset. It was a very bland transaction. It took a lot of doing but we ended up figuring things out and I took the car. I love the car but would NOT go back to this dealership for anything. They need to work on customer service and care. I bought my truck at vetter a little over a month ago. Since I bought it the engine has developed…read moreat very rough idle and a lifter tick/tap. I have brought the truck back to Vetter twice and both times they said it was "normal" even though there is a well known and well documented problem with the 5.3 engine that has all the same symptoms mine is having. if this issue is not fixed it is likely the motor will need to be replaced. He also said the rough idle is "normal"There is a power train warranty on the truck, but the service manager called the warranty company and told them "he wasn't that concerned about it" so now the warranty company won't fix the bad lifters and the dealership won't stand behind the truck I bought from them. According to the service manager a worn lifter that is "bleeding down" is not a failed part and this is his reason for disregarding my concern that this will lead to engine failure. So thank you to the service manager at vetter for convincing the warranty company to not fix my truck and for not standing behind your product, I will never buy another car from you and will always tell people of my extremely poor experience.
