Went to this Denny's for breakfast this morning. The waitress was kind and polite and the food was good. However, this was the filthiest Denny's we had ever been to. There were small pieces of trash scattered on the floor. Not one single table around us had been wiped down (see photos). We witnessed a family being seated by a waitress where the father had to clean their table and pick up pieces of trash before letting his children sit. Many of the seats are also covered in duct tape. Our waitress, who realized we had no eating utensils, promptly grabbed an unused set from one of the dirty tables. Our super star waitress was Angel and she was AMAZING. We are in town visiting from MD and she was our waitress on Christmas Day. She was literally the sweetest thing from the beginning. Nothing but smiles. I truly appreciate the people who have to work on Christmas to deal with people like us and you are really appreciated. Hope she knows she's appreciated! I want to warn individuals from this particular location. This Denny's smells horrible and it is filthy dirty. They take advantage of its location and could care less about customer service and their appearance. Our food took nearly 35 minutes before it was brought out, the eggs were burnt and the bacon was under cooked. The location was under staffed and again, the place was very dirty. We walked out very, very disappointed. You're better off crossing the street to eat at the competitor's restaurant, which was 100% better. read more

This location is awful, they were very in your face about my friends being black. I was very disgusted at the way they were treated different from me (me being white) the lady was more than happy to subside my coffee for apple juice but when my friend asked to do the same but with OJ she told my friend her meal didn't allow for substations (we had the same meal). My other friend said that's fine she'd get the OJ and she's just trade my friend drinks hen everyone wins the lady told her she's not allowed to trade food at the table. The food arrived cold and almost as if it wasn't even heated just pulled from the freezer and put under the warmer light mine was hot though. I had never really experienced racism before but this just didn't seem right and I hate to pull the race card but that waitress most deff had some biased against them. read more

Not my favorite breakfast chain, but it is decent enough to a decent price. What I like is that they serve pure hot maple syrup - the real stuff! Of the Denny's we've been to, this is the buziest and there for one we try to avoid. We tried to leave the yolks out in the egg dishes and couldn't feel the difference! Good work! I ordered oat meal - it comes with brown sugar and was pretty tasteless (no salt added). Remember to order milk specifically. The service - we got this grumpy woman who not once smiled. Nor the usual service coming to your table asking if everything is OK and giving coffee refills. We had to ask for everything and she wasn't very attentive. (Maybe she just had a bad day?) At first it was really good, but when we got our food it wasn't as we thought it would be. I ate with my cousins and one of my cousins asked for a well done steak, but when she got her food it was still reddish pinkish inside. My burger was also kinda dry. But anyway it was still kind of good but I wouldn't recommend. My opinion though. read more

Our experience here was absolutely magnificent. The waiter was very welcoming and immediately treated my papa to some coffee.( I didn't order anything, ate at Fudruckers, also spectacular restaurant). For his main course, my papa ordered blueberry pancakes, with fruit and whipped cream, as well as an over-easy egg with potatoes. I was so attracted to the whipped cream, he politely gave me a bowl of whipped cream! Awesome! Finally, for desert, I ordered a sundae, vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream, and of course, whipped cream. He delivered the ice cream, but he trolled me into having another bowl of whipped cream! But he eventually gave me the ice cream. It tasted awesome! Overall, this can be an everyday destination for food, no matter what time of day! read more

I ordered from here using Uber Eats and I was a bit disappointed. First, there was no kids menu in the Uber Eats app, which I have no idea who is responsible for what menus are available in the app but seriously why no kids menu?? Ok, so I ordered the chicken tender appetizer for my 5 year old, no sauces, and the item is not marked as spicy but the tenders were legit spicy breaded. Not as spicy as a Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich but almost. That's fine for me but not for a 5-year-old. They got the side orders for two of my sandwiches mixed up... and then I ordered 2 sides of ranch and didn't get any. What we did get wasn't bad. The quality of the food was good. I can't blame on Uber because Denny's prepared the food, Uber just delivers it. I also left feedback on the Uber Eats app. read more

This Dennys is conveniently located near our stay at Sheraton lake buena Vista hotel. The service is excellent and the food ,great. I plan to return before leaving the area. They also have pick up available for meals ordered online through the Dennys app. This is a very cost effective dining option after spending so much on our vacation. I also used the app to order dinner, the food was excellent for dinner aswell. I had the tilapia,wild rice and broccoli for dinner. Thanks for making this part of our stay awesome! read more

Service was great. Food was pretty good. We stopped in for a late breakfast on a Wednesday. We were sat right away. We ordered a club sandwich, nachos, chocolate chip pancakes and a breakfast scramble sandwich. It was all prepared correctly and it tasted good. Customer service was good. Our waitress was friendly and very attentive. The restaurant was clean and tidy. My only complaint was the cutlery and drinking cups. They need to invest in better quality products. Wait was really long due to one of the hosts not calling names out correctly. He called my name (Hannah) as "Hawaii" and "Havana" several times, and upon inquiring with him about it being Hannah, he argued with me, only to discover he was incorrect. When he walked us to our table, he didn't say a word, threw the menus to the table from about 4 feet away and walked away. Didn't catch his name. This is by far the best Denny's I have ever been to. I was stuck nearby on a work layover on Christmas Day and received prompt and caring service. Today I am once again here on a work layover and back at this Denny's for breakfast. The staff here is wonderful. I have worked in the service industry for 10 years and I know fluid work flow when I see it. The staff works very well as a team. For someone who travels all the time and just wants a home cooked breakfast, they really make the atmosphere feel like home, and sometimes a smile can go miles and make someone's day like it did today, for me. They were super busy this morning, but did and excellent job in staying positive and processing that so many people's orders. I also have to give props to my server, Jancie, for making this a positive and comfortable experience. Keep up the hard work! read more

Denny's was 4 mins from our hotel. So we walk over one night (11pm) after coming from universal studios. Upon arrival they seemed understaff. We place and order to go and they suddenly got hit with a rush. But they work quickly to get everyone a table. After 10 mins our food was ready. We walked over to our hotel and everything was still hot. Everything teased great. We got Blue berry hush puppies, smother french fries with extra bacon and the $2,4,5,8 country fry steak with potatoes. Total = $21.88 read more
