Were to begin,trying to serve kids portions to adults. Menu looks like a meal, what I received was two very small cups of vegetables and a slice of salmon I ate in two bites. Next evening the waitress was very sneaky. Since they were out of what I wanted I chose not to eat that's when things went south . I was with my family and at the end of their meal the waitress took the payment kiosk off the table and wrote her tip over the top of the bill then added it to our bill without our permission. First off, I order a very dry burger and I asked for mayonnaise and they charged me $0.99. Then I ordered a side salad and it had a lot of brown lettuce. I sent it back and told them I couldn't eat it. I left to go to the bathroom and my friend had paid for the lunch. And they did not deduct the salad. I contacted them and went back and forth a few times and I was promised a gift card since we paid cash. I have tried contacting them several times and they are completely ignoring me at this point. read more

I was visiting Laughlin for the weekend and stopped by this Denny's for breakfast. We were seated very quickly, and our server for our orders in a matter of minutes. The food came out in a reasonable time and was pretty solid. My steak and eggs were cooked perfectly, and the hash browns were crispy. Autumn was extremely friendly and provided stellar service. My party of 6 was denied by the hostess, she said Dennys was not accepting any big parties. "Better planning" she said as we exited the door. Bear in mind they are suppose to be open 24/7. Hostess needs some customer service training and be provided with better staffing. So disappointed, especially as businesses in this area depended on tourism and my family was hungry. This Denny's is located inside of the Edgewater Casino. We had two experiences here during our time in Laughlin. The first time we attempted to eat here, there were two other groups in addition to us waiting for hostess. After about 10 minutes the waitress Jessica came and told us all "That it would be a few minutes". We ended up leaving. Today, we gave it another try today, and this time much better! Jessica was our server ( the same server who told us about the wait last week). She did a good job, and our food was very good. The restaurant itself has charming decor and is easily accessible on the lower level of the casino via the escalators. Overall, I do recommend this restaurant, but I think theynmay be having some staffing issues, so if there are a lot of people waiting, you may want to reconsider your dining options. read more

This thing had zero seasoning on it but whatever I was hungry and they are not a steak house, anyways I almost didn't make it back to my room before the fire hydrant of liquid poop exploded out of my body but the good thing was that it didn't last and I was good to go an hour later and not have an accident on a slot machine. My wife and I went to this Denny's after watching the world series Saturday night. It wasn't too busy, so no wait. We ordered the bacon avocado burger and the sampler platter, and shared them. The burger is a must try if you like Avacado. Our server was Ruby, she was great. She had the Burger cut in half so we didn't have to fumble with it. She also checked in on us and kept our drinks full and made us feel welcome. This was our 2nd time here this weekend, and it was just as good as the 1st visit, service and foodwise. WOW... Got a seat at a table. Than over 8 minutes just to ask for a water and than some girl came by some time later and and asked if I ever been helped. I said No. so she took order and than gave me a water. After that she told some girl behind counter my order. Very poor customer service. If they are short staffed. Than say something in that regard.
