Natasha was my waitress and the most attentive and cheerful person in the morning. I finished the main entree with hash brown and took the two pancakes back to my hotel. My eyes were bigger than my stomach because I think I could have shared this with another person. They're open 24/7 so it's breakfast any time. Warning! Eat here at your own risk! I made a huge mistake. I should have read the reviews on Yelp before taking my family to this place. We went there at 2am on a road trip and I think Kris was the only one serving the whole place and I think he did a WONDERFUL job keeping up with everybody, checking out and make sure that we got a great experience. Kudos for him!! We got cinnamon roll pancakes with eggs, bacon, and hash, and an ala carte strawberry crepe with the side of cheesy hash brown. Cinnamon roll pancakes: AMAZING!!! It was soooo good!! Warm, sweet, delicious goodness with cream cheese on top. The strawberry crepe was also really delicious.. it has vanilla creme filling and strawberry sauce. Yum! Several of the female employees their are routinely rude, and their ignorant manager routinely does nothing to correct their behaviors. During my last visit (10/07/2020) I ended up walking out, because an dark haired female lacks "People Skills" and lacks "Professionalism"... I walked in around 10:15AM and was putting on my COVID-19 facemask as required and this employee was staring down, rolling her eyes, and rudely yelled "Put on your facemask mask, Sir". I will admit that I was going to give them a bad review because we ordered 4 sandwiches (with Doordash) and 2 of them were wrong. We ate here for breakfast this morning at it ended being the worst mistake we made. I got the chicken fried steak meal and my husband got the French toast meal. Never again (at least in Klamath). Went there this last Friday Around 11pm only because my brother really wanted to. I knew Dennys was good when I was in high school but has gone downhill since then. The Good: The busboy and server were nice. The Bad: 80% of the tables were dirty. Took a long time to be seated. Once seated it took a long time to order (1 server, 1 busboy, 1 manager...super short staffed). My brother ordered a glass of milk and didn't drink it because there was lipstick on the glass. During this time we overheard another table complaining that the food they got isn't what they ordered. Parts of the ceiling were held together by painters tape. I heard managment changed and noticed a -we're hiring- advertisement on facebook. I have a few friends looking for work so I stopped and asked how to apply. The first lady 2 weeks ago said they didn't have applications and to apply online she thinks. Great! Except when you try it says no hiring at the Klamath falls location? So I went in again about a week later to ask while I was in the area. The 2nd lady was rude and pushy and responded in other words that she didn't know and for me to figure it out. Very awkward and uncomfortable. Third time was a call and I just wanted to see what would happen mostly. This doesn't seem like a great place to work anyway.
