We had the bone in chicken and waffles which was great. The chicken was well seasoned, the strawberry butter was perfect and the sweet and spicy syrup is literally the Louisiana hotsauce on the table witj the syrup mixed together. Im not a leg and thigh person so I gave those to my wife and ate the breast and wing. I also added a side of bacon with two eggs. It was great as well All and, this was a great experience.

I waited for someone to wipe it down and even said multiple times it was dirty. Food was all over it, and on the floor. My son ended up wiping it out with his hands as best he could. There was still food in all the crevices surround the booth because they have a wooden lil around it. So I got to sit in a very uncomfortable position because I couldn't lean back. Then a customer came into the booth behind me and when he sat down it literally lifted us into the table. The menus were also sticky and filthy. So, we ordered and it was a disaster. My waffle was wrong. I said no butter, no powdered sugar, no bananas and I asked if I could have blueberries instead of bananas. The waiter said yes I could substitute. Then I asked for hash browns extra crispy. My son ordered chicken tenders and fries. His chicken was so burned it has black parts ALL OVER THEM! My waffle had all the things I said no to, and then he said I wasn't allowed to have blueberries, even though he had said I could substitute. So I had to remake my waffle correctly and they served me a raw waffle the second time. Also the hash browns were black on top and the inside was still raw. I said please take the food off my check because we weren't going to eat it and he only took the waffle off. I guess he expected me to eat raw hash browns and black chicken. They didn't even offer to remake the chicken tenders. Very disappointing experience. The server wasn't apologetic at all. We talked to him several times trying to get his attention to fix it, and he walked off every time, not acknowledging us. We were trying to make sure he heard our order because we weee tying to make sure food didn't get wasted, if he didn't put the order in correctly. I understand when you are busy, but because he ignored us multiple times the orders were wrong and food was wasted. Don't think we will return. Horrible experience. I don't recommend this place at all. I understand things are wrong and when that happens the least you can do is apologize and try to make it right. They only tried to fix my waffle and then it came back out raw. It was so gross I spit the bite out because it was nothing but raw batter. At least apologize! Didn't get any part of our order right, no apology, and we had to skip eating. We were both starving walking out of there.

On top of everything attentive just insanely good The food was great. I wasn't sure what was what with the meat as it was all chopped but it tasted great. The sauces were good. I was about 25 minutes away, when I took my family here, and they were wondering where we were going, but let me tell you, they were not disappointed by the food, service and the surround area. When we arrived, it seemed like a downtown area that was kind of chill because it was a Tuesday early evening. Barely any traffic around and tons of open parking, especially right in front to the restaurant. From the front I noticed some funny signs, a patio that was wide open for seating, yard games and a nice cozy dive bar vibe. When we went inside, we were immediately greeted at the counter by our server. It was not busy, there was actually only one customer sitting at the bar. The bar has about 6 seats and has TVs to watch and the restaurant if filled with tons of cool Classic Rock pictures, memorabilia and quotes. It was just the vibe we needed to just hang as a family. The server allowed us to pick any table we wanted. We ordered margaritas. They were delicious. We also has the RIBS, okra, mac & cheese, potato salad, some greens, cornbread, brisket, grilled cheese sandwich and fries. EVERYTHING, including the SERVICE was on point; we left well fed, satisfied and happy we found this place to eat tonight. To walk off the food , there is a park right across the street. At the park you will find food trucks for dessert, like ice cream on a hot day. There's also a walking trail and a play ground for the kiddos. There was an area where people were fishing off the doc. I saw an area where people also get married and a facility for our veterans. I included some pictures of what I saw along my way after I left the restaurant for people looking for things to do in the area with a family and/or friends. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend you stop by this restaurant for some good eats, drinks and just a place to relax and have a good time. There's also service is great and the area is filled with things to do afterwards. Thank me later.

For a simple meal for two people, the service was unreasonably slow throughout the evening. Our server, Svet, was polite and personable, but friendliness alone could not make up for the delays. The hummus appetizer was excellent and was easily the highlight of the meal. It was flavorful and served with pita, cucumbers, carrots, and red peppers. The food presentation overall was attractive and showed promise. The most serious issue occurred when my son ordered a refill of his virgin mojito and was served a drink containing alcohol. He immediately noticed something was wrong after taking a sip and handed it to me. I tasted it as well and confirmed that it contained alcohol. Serving alcohol in a child's drink is a significant mistake and should never happen. We also ordered the steak frites based on a recommendation and were told it was exceptional. Unfortunately, the steak was extremely tough and chewy, making it difficult to eat and far from what was described. Management apologized and removed the steak from the bill, but the combination of excessive wait times, the alcohol mix-up involving a minor, and the disappointing entrée left a poor overall impression.

Smash burger 8/10: added red onions and no lettuce which made it better to me. Also changed the American cheese to cheddar. Meat was cooked well and the brioche bun was soft. I asked for water, but she gave us a bottle of water instead - which I found out later was $4! It wasn't a fancy brand of water either. I would have appreciated a heads up that there was a cost for water, especially since tap water is usually provided for free at most restaurants. Double check your bill.
