Had very minor problems that could've easily been fixed, if the server ever came back to the table. In her defense, she got sat with several tables at the same time. If the "manager" that was there knew anything about guest relations, she would've helped the poor girl, or even stopped by to see how our food was. Neither happened. The manager walked by several times, looked at my husbands for completely untouched, said nothing. She didn't grasp one visual cue. We waited till the staff was finally done chatting to be seated, I'm honestly easy going but this is annoying. We ordered our meals which came quickly but that was the last time we saw our waitress. No refill, no checking on anything until we got the check. Denny's is Denny's, it's nothing fancy but if you're going to wait tables for a living I suggest you do your best. We dined on a Friday night and had fast service, outstanding food (served hot, not merely lukewarm), and a great waitress named Ariana. Just to give a note about our waitress, she recommended the Bourbon chicken for my entree and the chocolate PB milkshake for dessert. Best decision. The place was clean, and from what I could hear, the other waitstaff were just as courteous. My dining companion and I even took the time to notify the manager of how great out evening was. The manager said they're trying to get everything in line and fix all the kinks, so maybe that's why others had less than stellar reviews. The place has only been open a little over a month, but I thought they did a great job for being just another chain restaurant. The service is great did not take long at all. There steak is great tried medium rare it was juicy and delicious.Only took about 10 min for our food to be made(good timing) the table was clean. Also tried there hush puppies and they were amazing overall with the side cream. We've been here a few times and the food was OK, not bad about what you expect. Went there the 26th and what a disaster. Got our drinks and the waitress was nice. Put our order in and waited, and waited, and waited almost an hour for the food to arrive. When it did they never brought my wife hers. From the looks of things , the kitchen staff is completely incompetent, the manager is incapable of fixing what is broken and the customers satisfaction is the last thing on the staffs mind.
