(Please Read This) Honestly I wouldn't recommend this Denny's to anyone even if it was the last Denny's in California. When you enter this establishment you could already feel the bad energy and it has a unique smell right when you walk inside of it...and I'm not talking about a good food smell either. The servers aren't that bad tbh, it's more of the cooks that make the servers get b*tched at because their cooks are horrible and the food comes out extremely slow and also wrong. The managers need to get it together and think about their occupation or hire better people because even when they're overstaffed (which is rare because their always understaffed) with people the whole process is still slow. Also the female manger with blonde hair needs to get fired because I don't know how she has that position if she doesn't have a customer service skills and gives attitude when she's in the wrong. I visited the restaurant sometime last week with my friend and I was helped out by Jordy. We sat in the patio and were surprised how fast we got service "Hello my name is Jordy, can I start you of with some drinks?" We ordered a water and orange juice of the paper menu we were provided. We looked at the menu shortly and when Jordy returned he said to us " Are you ready to order? Or still need a few minutes?" We were ready to order, we ordered the nachos (full), a stack of pancakes and a chocolate crepé. The restaurant at the time was busy and Jordy was the only one on the floor running around quiet a bit, felt kind of bad seeing him have to wait on all the tables himself. Eventually after 15 minutes our food arrived and we were pleasantly surprised of how good our meal looked. Jordy offered us syrup for our pancakes and we began eating our meal, it was gone in a matter of minutes. We thanked Jordy for his magnificent service and handed him a cash tip. Service was HORRIBLE! We waited almost 10 minutes to be seated. We could see all the workers on the side laughing and singing songs to one another. Finally someone sat us and we waited another almost 10 minutes to be helped. At least we knew what we wanted. AGAIN, the longest wait for our food. When we got it the food was a mess. My dad's food was sloppy looking and my food was dripping off the plate. During this time we could STILL hear the workers in the back screwing around. The manager who was wearing a light purple shirt was just letting them goof off. This was not cool and sooooo unprofessional. I very rarely get upset at restaurants and this time I was furious. The worst racist place ever. They have the worst service. There is this short chubby fat b**** that is seating and cleaning off tables.with messed up blond hair looking like straight drug addict and a stinch of liquor on her breath food stains all over her uniform i thought this was a family restaurant not a rahab center. When I came in (I'm black), she took my name, asked if I wanted a booth or a table, I told her a booth. Mind you, I am the only person waiting to be seated. Well about 4 different families of Mexicans came in and she seated one of the families before me and when I confronted her she snapped at me and told me to wait. This past Monday I went to have my breakfast before work and I was lucky to get there just in the right time.right after my server took the order (Jessica K) the place got busy out of nowhere. What I love about this place is doesn't matter the time or if their busy or not the ambiance is always perfect they make you feel confortable. My food was out really fast was hot and delicious, when I ask the guy that was helping them for the manager to complement about my server to my surprise my server (Jessica K) was the manager.I just want congrats her for doing a great job, while I was there I saw her taking tables training a new server and cashing out people thats a lot for one person during a busy day. We've lived near this location for 20+ years, We are regulars, and have seen many servers, many menu changes (prices also) and a change of owners. A couple of servers We've known for most of our time being customers that are seasoned veterans of the establishment that know us and our family. A few stand out, one of them, Mursal, shes always been very attentive and friendly. The other servers also are attentive and friendly, regardless of how full or empty the place is. Food quality is good, and tasty. Atmosphere is nice, typical restaurant, your not rushed to eat and go, food comes not to fast, not to slow. read more

The worst place for eat in and take out. I ordered though Uber Eats 3 days ago. My order was wrong and I didn't get what I ordered. They were out of apple crisp, they substituted my turkey bacon for regular bacon, my pancakes were burnt, there wasn't enough syrup and the food was cold. It too an hour for delivery, I'm only 3 minutes away. It would've been nice had they called me instead of the Uber driver to tell me they couldn't accommodate my order to my liking. And it was amazing service by the manager Daniel Sanchez and by Irma server.Daniel was amazing with every table by visiting us and other tables his probably the fastest manager seen in long time but the experience I had was the best Service food and clean store every time we go. Went to this Denny's location and I was amazed by the customer service and the friendly staff. First of all great service by the Manager named Daniel. He made sure me and my family felt welcomed. The restaurant was clean and the restrooms were very clean as well. I received great service over all especially from Daniel the manager. The manager was everywhere making sure everyone was well attended. Food was very delicious. It was a great dine in experience and I will definitely go back! I Love this Denny's! We come every Thursday to eat before going to the Dollar Deal at Goodwill and we keep coming to eat because the service is amazing. The Waiters and Waitresses, the cooks make our food in a timely manner, and even the bus boys are always making sure all tables are clean! This Denny's and everyone here are super nice, super clean, and this place is super spacious! Daniel the Manager is a good friendly person and very welcoming! I don't normally eating breakfast, however my son requested that we eat Denny's today. He wanted to try one of the holiday delights. The food was great and management was awesome. You rarely see management on the floor checking on the guest making sure everything is okay. The facility was clean and staff had pleasant attitudes. The place was crowded, however the food was delicious and hardly any wait time.
