By far the most wholesome customer service I've gotten. Juan not only made me feel at home but also the fact that he blessed our meal before eating was amazing! The restaurant was empty upon arriving but as people started to pour in Juan remained very attentive and refilled our waters without being asked. Overall he gave the restaurant really good energy & I'm so grateful for his service. You can really tell when a person loves what they do & he made it very clear. Service was very quick for a Sunday and Vanessa was very attentive to our drink refills.

Dined in with my boyfriend and ordered Chocolate Chip Banana pancakes and a few other items. The first issue I tried to get over was when I ordered it with eggs, hashbrowns, and the proteins I asked if I could substitute the meat for extra eggs and hashbrowns. I already felt bad asking but I do not eat pork and usually they are understanding, even the waitress concluded taking my order by saying "So no meat?" and I said yes. When she brought out my dish, the eggs and hashbrowns had a slice of ham on it and she said they gave me it anyway even though she said no meat and I told her oh sorry it's because I don't eat pork and she responded and said just give it to him (my boyfriend) :/. Also when I received my pancakes there was strawberry residue all over my plate and none of our dishes we ordered had strawberries so I assume it was just a dirty dish. She did keep the refills consistent but I regret not asking for the food to be remade, I gave most of my portion that the ham was touching to my boyfriend but I feel like if that's the response for me who simply chooses to not eat pork, i couldn't imagine someone who was Muslim or Vegetarian. I understand the accommodation was a very tedious thing to ask but at the end of the day, she could have said it was not possible and not have allowed me to order something and pay for it for it to be ignored. This is the second time this has happened with the same server at this location while other servers are very understanding and if there is a mistake in the kitchen they are usually very nice and apologetic about the mix-up. read more
