Denny's? YES! Although it's a chain, this place serves consistent breakfast. Depending on when you go, it can be roudy but it's just customer chatter. The food is always good. If you don't like hash browns, ask for the home fried! It's never overly packed so you're guaranteed to get served right away. Shoutouts to the manager, she runs a solid ship! read more

Kyana was a fantastic server. She made great recommendations and was very sweet. Food was great and there was so much variety.

Natasha was a great waitress, very attentive and friendly. She made us feel like family.

We had the best customer service from Kendra beavers ! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out, and she made us feel genuinely welcome. It's clear she takes pride in her work--service like that makes all the difference. I'll definitely be coming back!" read more

February 14, Valentine's Day. I went to get me free Birthday Slam, got on the waiting list, they seated other people before me and my kids, we waited more that 1hour to get seated, my kids were starting to get upset. They seated us and the waitress did not know anything about the Birthday Slam, I ordered, they brought our food after another hour of wait, my coffee was very cold, the waitress never showed up after that, she didn't even bring me my bill, I was very unhappy, they couldn't even give me my AARP discount, not even my free Birthday Slam, my bill was super high. It was a horrible experience when it was suppose to be the best. I did not leave her a tip. You guys should have a 0 star. Doesn't even deserve 1star. read more

Jada was our server and very busy. She always kept contact with us and had such a wonderful, happy attitude.

Usually the Denny's in Clovis, NM is pretty decent, today, that was not the case unfortunately. Not only did we have a party of 4, with 3 orders being the exact same Super Grand Slam and one Everyday Slam, but our order was incorrect and an hour late. I'm not sure how much simpler we could have made it but we were very hassle free and patient to our detriment. I had to bother another server for an ETA on our food after a literal hour went by because our server went MIA w/o a single follow up. So the "not our server" came back to tell us our order was being placed on the tray and 10 mins later, part of our food came out with our correct server simply stating "sorry, the kitchen messed some stuff up!" That was it for an apology or explanation. She whisked herself off and came back with more of our uncomplicated order, let us wondering where the rest was and returned finally with the last of our food. EVERYTHING was cold, I requested extra crispy bacon for my mom and she got the least crispy bacon and her eggs were burned. Needless to say she didn't finish her meal, my brother didn't finish his and neither did I. Thank goodness for the tried and true pancakes because this late breakfast that almost turned into lunch was an absolute disaster and bust. The returning manager who's been gone for about a year from this Denny's, recently returned bless her heart and was very apologetic, appalled and outright fed up. She took care of us whereas the server charged for things we didn't even have. The place was clean and really not that busy but I suppose this just wasn't our day to visit this one and only location in Clovis. read more

The service at this place is absolutely terrible. We are from out of town and decided to go with this place because we were craving some breakfast and it was a huge mistake. To start off the hostess took about 25 minutes to sit us, our waitress was horrible from the start. She not only kept leaving and only checking on the table beside us but she would always promise to come back with something and wouldn't. Waited an entire hour for our food all for it to be cold. Not everyone needs to be a server especially with poor skills like her. 1 star is too generous but if I could give 0 stars I would. read more

Me and my party of 5 usually a party of 9 are regulars at Denny we usually go to Dennys most Thursday's or Fridays and today we were a party of 5 and we walked in and the front guy told us hi and said he needed to go talk to the manager and came back out not even 1 min later saying that they'll will not be serving us today and we asked why and he told us because they're servers are complaining we don't leave any tips and we told them we do not leave a tip anymore because most our order is never fully right and we usually don't make a big fuss about it because we usually have a big party and there's always a lot of us so we don't say anything but another reason we don't leave a tip is because they gave us a wait time for an hour we waited an hour and like 20 mins came back and they told us another like 15 mins when we had to wait another 25 mins later and then me and another person apart of my party got the same thing they both were not made right but they refused us service as regulars. read more

The people were very polite and welcoming. Our waitress, Jada was very sweet, and made sure everything was good for us. We didn't feel like we were walking into a restaurant where, you just sit and hope you get service. overall the service was great and the people are good. read more

Marisol is an excellent waitress, friendly, courteous and always with a smile. Thank you very much for serving me with kindness.

The server Haleigh was great. The Denny's is clean. The cook needs training. I had breakfast. I ordered OM. One was Oh and other was OE. I eased for Crispy bacon. Came out barely cooked. Sent it back. Still came out medium. Wanted crispy hash browns or what some call scattered. They came out greasy. My pancakes hade black particles from other food. I usually love Denny's. read more

The service was great. Kim (our server) did an amazing job. The food left something to be desired. I got the country fried steak and unfortunately it was devoid of any flavor to the point that salt and pepper wasn't able to bring it back. Our server Devin did a really good job handling our table of 9. He was able to keep up with us and make sure we always had what we needed even though he had other tables. He even memorized who had what drinks. Best service we've had in a long time definitely coming back! read more

I understand its christmas but the fact that door dash orders were more of a priority then the people in the restaurant is ridiculous we didn't mind waiting the hour but we waited 2 hours and our order wasn't even put in yet . The manager wasn't very helpful either she was very rude and didn't know how to talk to people when they were asking just simple questions and she would walk away as you were in the middle of a conversation with her. read more

Jada was our waitress and she was great! She was friendly, attentive, and happy! She made our experience very pleasant!

Jada provided exceptional service. The other staff were amazing and the food was good. No complaints. Should have got the pancakes.

The food was not that great but our server Devin did a great job and did everything he could to make sure we had a good experience. It almost made up for the bad food. read more

Not a long wait. People really friendly. Eggs were pretty greasy. My wife asked for turkey bacon and received regular bacon. Server had to take back and get the right bacon. The French toast is delicious. We will be back read more

Waited forever to get our food then when we got it our bacon looked like this our waitress didn't come back to check on us so we could never tell her how bad it looked we got one napkin for me and my friend the whole time she didn't fill my drink up until i asked to speak with a manager the only reason i give 2 stars is because the manager paid for our meal i would've been a lot more mad if i had to pay for something we didn't eat read more

So decided I did not feel like McDonald's and low and behold there is a Dennys on the corner. Outside was clean, inside was clean. I was seated quickly and the waitress was friendly and quick. Was really in the mood for biscuits and gravy with some sausage. Looked good when it arrived. Unfortunately it did not taste as good as it looked. It was pretty plain and had to add a fair amount of seasoning to get any flavor. Well at least the tea was good. read more

24/7 ??? Yeah right stop serving after midnight due to "cooks leaving" second time they use this excuse in a month. Unreliable.

We went in for breakfast at 6:30 pm and the pancakes were great, scrambled eggs were cooked correctly, bacon cooked perfect, it was clean and employees were friendly and very attentive and efficient. We will go back. Texas patrons read more

Came in hungover from New Years Eve party and wanted to get a nice breakfast to start our day, but eventually left from an hour wait with no server asking us if we even wanted drinks. They said they would be right with us, but that was at least 10 minutes ago. We left and are currently in IHOP where we are HANGRILY waiting, but are hopeful for their fast and good service. We will never be coming here again. IHOP will be our go to from now on. read more

Well...let's put it this way, there's still no Denny's in Clovis. We are literally the only people in there and somehow miraculously served food that was cold, burnt pancakes and over medium eggs that weren't even passable as over easy. I truly gave this place chances, three to be exact. Each and every time was annoying. There's not a lot of food establishments to select around this place. Quite underwhelming. read more

I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant. It was completely dirty. Bathroom smelled like alcohol. I have patience for new staff but the manager watched the staff fail and did nothing. The waitress could not get the order right and when we got our food it was wrong. Took 30 minutes to get an order of hashbrowns. The waitress apologized but the manager was so rude and was put out when we complained. You are better off going to McDonald's. read more

I had a bad experience a few years ago in store (sticky tables, poorly trained waitstaff) so I tried it out again last year (again sticky tables, poorly trained waitstaff, so-so food). Today we tried ordering take out. The app kept crashing, but eventually we placed the order. It was ready in time and promptly brought out to our vehicle. However when we got home we realized the quality of the food was really disappointing. My husband and son's pancakes weren't done in the middle, the bacon was burnt, and all three of us aren't feeling well after eating there. Long story short, I do not recommend Denny's in Clovis, NM. read more

Our food tasted great and came out fairly quick also. The only issue we had was the temperature in the restaurant. It was very hot. We asked out waitress about it and she said we have to ask the management about it. We asked and heard other tables ask about making it a more comfortable temperature in the restaurant, but nothing was ever done. read more

Pretty decent and what you would expect from a Dennys. Plenty of options for every type of taste buds. From low cal to overload in fat n carbs. Service was great even during their busy times. My only complaint is its ALWAYS HOT. Turn on the air folks! read more

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. The service was almost non-existent. Had an empty coffee & water cup the entire time, even after requesting more. The time from when we ordered to getting our food wasn't bad. Also the food was good, so nothing bad to say about the cooks. I would not recommend eating here and I will not be returning. read more

They were out of almost all of there fountain drinks. We got sweet tea and it had an inch of sugar in the bottom of the glass. The food wasn't too bad. I got the chicken fried steak. The picture in the menu looked like a big homemade one, but what I got was a small thin one that looked like something you would buy at the grocery store in the frozen food section. My husband got the lumberjack meal. The only thing wrong with it was the burnt hash browns. As far as the service it was good. Our server was very nice. Maybe they are still working out the kinks so we will come back again in a few months. read more
