What followed was nearly 30 days of the car sitting in the shop during the first 30 days of ownership. The biggest issue was that they kept diagnosing and fixing things that were not the actual problem. Each time, I was told they had found "the issue," only for the car to still have the exact same problem. Multiple parts were replaced unnecessarily because they misdiagnosed the problem repeatedly. At one point, the car was marked as "repaired," I had it back for about 10 minutes, and had to immediately return it because the issue was still there. What made this worse was how it was handled. I was told they could "take away" paying for the damages, and was also told "if you bought it anywhere else you would have been screwed already." This came across as a threat rather than customer service. During this same situation, I was also pressured to purchase a warranty, even though the car failed almost immediately after purchase. While they said repairs would be covered, the entire experience was disorganized, stressful, and time-wasting. I paid for a car I could barely drive, lost transportation for weeks, and had to constantly chase answers instead of being given clear communication. This situation showed poor diagnostics, poor quality control, and a lack of accountability. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here.

They told us they fixed our concerns before purchasing, but that was a lie. Sonja also tried to get us involved in that PPP scheme by asking us how many employees our boss employs. When I explained that my boss was rich enough, and his business was not affect by the pandemic. Her response "doesnt everyone love money?" Then proceeded to hand me a business card with her husbands name on it and told me she would give me a little off the top for my troubles. We should have known then. It's also not an accredited business through the BBB. I don't even know how they are still in business. I have uploaded a photo so they can't claim "I was never a customer". Do not support these money this awful business.

The man who runs the desk and phone was so helpful and got me in as soon as possible! Took them just about two weeks to fix some pretty substantial damage would definitely recommend their service. We dealt with Calvin, mostly, although the whole team is great. After the experience with Zelda, we also returned to get my stupid accident on my 2022 Prius taken care of (I literally left the hatch back up and tried to back out of the garage). Not a huge deal, but a total pain; and the Champion team took such great care, got the car fixed, record time, no issues, insurance happy and I'm happy. There are a lot of auto body shops - sometimes it feels good to find one that is honest, ethical and timely.

Long story short, they did the body work and undercoating plus a front brake job and all new brake lines for less than 2k. We're glad we found them.

They seem like decent guys to joke around with (trying to be fair here). But what I experienced was anything but professional. It would take pages to document this past weeks experiences with ABC. It feels like it's been much longer than that. They wasted way a large amount of my time and money as a result of incompetence. Whether it was completely forgetting about my tow, or charging me for new parts that he GAVE back to me so that I could INSTALL THEM MYSELF because he didn't HAVE TIME, or telling me he'd be there at 4:30pm to check me out but he then leaves to go home early for the day, or telling me he didn't get around to the oil change I asked for because he didn't have time! (which is odd because he went home early!!!) OR MAYBE it was just the fact that the whole reason for the tow was because the fuel pump was going, and he didn't touch anything besides the brakes! Throughout this entire process, I made an in-person appointment, 2 weeks out. I then went back in 2 days prior to the tow to confirm (shouldn't even be necessary on my part). When i finally got ahold of them over an hour after my scheduled pick up time, they begrudgingly came to pick me up, and then proceeded to tell me that they aren't going to even work on it for a few days because they have certain customers that are a priority. WHY DID I WAIT 2 WEEKS FOR AN APPOINTMENT THEN??? None of it makes sense. Honestly, they truly seem like decent individuals. BUT this was the most unprofessional spot I've been to since moving to Maine. 2/10

I dropped by three shops before these guys and was told the end of December was the nearest appointment. I went in on Thursday and this shop told me they could look at it the following Tuesday. Dropped the truck off and was shocked when I got a call that it was ready 2.5 hours later and was only $250. It was a mid-driveline bearing. Fast, affordable, and responsive. They also have one of the cleanest and most well organized shops I've ever seen. Great place.
