Unfortunately with my crazy schedule I didn't have time to go but thought hey I'll try jiffy lube they might be able to get it, but I was met with the same information as prompto. When I was leaving jiffy lube I went to turn around and came across Jim's and thought hey it wouldn't hurt to inquire. I was met with the kindest, most honest man where I let him know the situation and he said he would give it the old college try but no promises. (Also, to note, they close at 5 and I come walking in at 4... so definitely had no expectations they would even take care of it without an appointment.) I let him know I understand, and they proceeded to drive my car into the garage. Not even 5 minutes pass by when that really nice guy (ugh I wish I got his name to give him the credit he deserves) came out to me and said Alex got it, it was a challenge but he did it so we will do the change and you will be all set to go! He also gave me information on what needs to be taken care of for inspection to pass, not in a way of trying to charge me for this that and another thing, but in a way of being helpful so I don't go to get an inspection then fail and be stuck paying more in the long run. Actually, to be honest I paid less than I thought I would be today and here I am I've been home with an oil change done for 15 minutes now at 4:45 and again went in at 4! They also removed my debit card from the vehicle which seemed like they were doing it to hold against me. The owner continued to swear and was very unprofessional. I was charged storage fees for the two days they were closed and was told I should have left a message. Nothing on their website says to leave a message when closed. This place is an absolute scam job. I understand towing happens, but there's no excuse for the lack of professionalism and poor customer service. If you have any choice in the matter, steer clear of this company!
