The front office is friendly, professional and very well-organized. Insurance billing is handled in a timely, efficient manner. These ladies have seen me on good days and not such good days and they are always kind. Dr. Cho is a breath of fresh air. He always explains treatment plans thoroughly. His dental cleanings are the best I have ever received (and I've had plenty over my many decades). When necessary, he works in conjunction with the periodontist, Dr. "Al", who is extremely capable in addition to being personable, professional and kind. I warned them i am a screamer, and that i tend to sing or hum when i am nervous :) I had 3 cavities to get done and was animating an hour and a half visit. We did one at a time, and dr checked in with me the entire time to see how i was doing and was super positive. i just kept my mouth open and focused on Drew Barrymore's Show, which can also set the brain at ease. I was done within 35mint and was not in any pain. I so much appreciate Dr. Jan's skill and communication , as well as her cheerful assistant. I recommend them to adults and children alike.:)

I called and Jazz, the receptionist got me in 2 hours later with Dr. Izadi. Everyone is warm and welcoming. From the time you walk in Jazz makes you feel so welcomed. Dr. Izadi was so patient and kind. Today, I returned for my cleaning and x-ray. I was a few minutes late due to a delay on the metro and Jazz and Chimere, the Business Manager, welcomed me warmly. Knowing how nervous I was, Shana, the person who did the cleaning, and Dr. Izadi went out of their way to help me relax. There was an issue with my insurance. Chimere called and let me know that everything was all set. On another note, I used to go to a different dentist's office for years, but my current insurance does not cover it. The last straw for me was when Dr. Dube was filling one of my supposed cavities. Before they filled it they gave me novocaine. I told them I don't think it was enough as I didn't feel numb at all. They started to drill anyway, worst pain ever. I kept asking them to stop, they just said "almost done" and kept drilling. Started going to a new dentist in the area and can't say enough wonderful things about them. There's too many dentist offices in the area to go here in my opinion.
