She has really went above and beyond with professionalism and customer service as a new client. Upon arrival, make sure you are at the right side of the building , you have to pass the first lobby and then you will see the dental sign. The office was very clean, high end technology and everyone who worked there was friendly. There was no wait upon check in (which is almost rare with any doctors office), my hygienist was friendly and knowledgeable! &&& *drumroll* , the dentist came in right as I finished also with no wait. Dr. Kim presented with great bedside manner. He was personable , professional , very honest in answering questions pertaining to other procedures without a "pushy must do" attitude and I was definitely in and out in under an hour. And yes, for those who care, you do get dental goodie bags! I'm glad I was able to get in as a new client and even booked my next 2 appointments for next year due to a last minute cancellation . Highly recommend

It took 12 visits for Dr. Henry to replace one crown that I'm not even sure needed to be replaced…read more The first replacement took four visits because the color wasn't right. Then, at my annual exam, he told me it had been installed incorrectly and offered to replace it at no charge. That replacement took another eight visits. The temporary cracked three times, I had to go to a dental lab in Springfield twice for color matching, and the final crown was wrong and had to be redone. Look, I get it -- humans make mistakes and sometimes things happen that are out of our control. But 12 visits? If you've never had a crown, this is not a normal experience. I've also had concerns about their billing. On one occasion, I was quoted one amount for unrelated dental work, then later received a bill with additional charges. When I called for an explanation, I was told the person who gave me the quote was no longer employed there and had given me the wrong pricing. Convenient. At my last cleaning, I also specifically asked the hygienist not to use the water sprayer because I'm sensitive to the vibration. She used it anyway, despite my request, and it was very uncomfortable. That said, I did have one very positive experience a few years ago when I chipped a front tooth. They saw me the next day as an emergency patient, and a different dentist in the practice repaired it beautifully. Despite that one positive experience, I will not be returning.

It's distressing to see this place hasn't been shut down after folks have been complaining about…read morethe same things over and over. My opinion remains the same after my horrible experience...no one should go to Apex. Ever. And is it true the Dr. Daniel Chun who was working at Apex recently had his dentist license suspended? I was treated by him there and I had complaints. An absolutely terrible experience for me. I won't go back to Apex. And told them I wouldn't. They didn't do anything. But strangely the Arlington office called me months later this past July to tell me Dr. Chun wasn't working in that office anymore and asked if I wanted to come back since he was gone. Wow. I asked if he was no longer working for Apex, and they told me he was, just in another office. I refuse to go to a dental office that employs him at all. Clearly they knew I left because of him yet no one contacted me about it until he left? Not an office I want to trust. Even if Dr. Chun isn't there anymore.

I have been a patient at APEX since May 2025. I was recommended by my friend who had cosmetic work…read moredone there and so did 3 of my other friends (and honestly they're so professional and friendly). ** Here's my story time ** I went in for a dental emergency for tooth pain although I had a general cleaning, that was initially scheduled for the next week but obviously I couldn't wait. I left that day NO EXAGGERATION- 9 hours later (9a-6:30/7pm) with a tooth extraction, $500 poorer, dental payment plan that exceeded $,1000 for the next6+ months, and numb from the rooter to the tooter. I was pretty much coerced to start plans of reconsidering and tooth extractions until March 2026 which will be deep cleanings every 4 months, cologne, bone marrow, 3 tooth extractions, a bridge etc so that's roughly $4,000 by March 2026. I explained it would put me in the hole, but I tried and now here I am months later in the hole and in pain once again. Not their fault they're just expensive as heck and the payment options in this economy isn't realistic or affordable! But overall they're great I love the hygienist and the assistants and the front desk girls even though the turn overrate is crazy. I love it here wish I could afford it haha. They definitely pressure you for preventative care and don't take NO for an answer that's for sure. Hopefully I can renegotiate my contract or just find an affordable dental place

I had chipped my front tooth due to poor bonding from my former dentist. It had chipped about three times in about four months with no real solution other than to either slap on new bonding or shave my teeth down. I called Dental Devotion and they were so kind and considerate of my situation. They were able to squeeze me in the next morning. From the women in the front office, to the dental assistant, and to the dentist, my experience was top notch. They explained what was happening, how they were going to fix it, and asked for my approval every step of the way. Like many reviews have mentioned, they treated me like a human and didn't try to force anything on me aside from what I wanted fixed. The only negative is that their parking is a garage and they only validate for an hour so if you have a longer procedure, you will be paying $$. I stayed about 70 minutes and the parking was $4 with validation. I still would recommend this practice to anyone as they are honest and provide quality work/service.

I was waiting to provide a review until most of my immediate dental concerns were managed, and having been through it, I have to give 5 stars. Elite Dental is a highly professional, organized, well-functioning, and attentive dentistry clinic. If you're looking to save money, or cut corners, this place isn't for you because at ED you pay a premium to have remarkable care and service. From the office cleanliness, organization and timing, down to the dental chairs, and staff - no small detail is spared. In particular, one element that I love is their insane transparency around price. Before any procedure, there are multiple people (staff to dentist) that walk through what the produce entails, what it costs and why. This is a big deal considering today's dental climate where there are stories of dentists who recommend procedures when they aren't needed. I came to Dr. Hartman for a simple cleaning, but over the course of many months came to trust her and her team so much that I was willing to undergo major procedures that I had put off for years. As a child my front tooth was chipped and over the years, new dentists put new artificial wrappers around it, creating a worse situation every year. Dr. Hartman walked me through the risks of continuing that route long term and recommended a crown, while being very honest about the long term advantages, as well as the short term costs. What I loved so much about her and her team was their willingness to recommend the right approach, but not being pushy about it. They balanced empathy for my own concerns with education and knowledge so that I was well informed in my decision making. Last, but not least, Regina - who currently manages the front staff - is also super organized, direct, honest, and empathetic. Its something that I appreciate greatly about Elite Dental - they are willing to take feedback and hear your concerns, and then make things right. I could write another 10 pages about how wonderful Elite Dental and Dr. Hartman are, but I think you should go and find out for yourself.

I do want to give credit where it's due: the dentist herself was very kind, and the hygienist I saw at my most recent visit (I believe his name was Jim) was also wonderful. Unfortunately, those positive interactions haven't outweighed the negatives. My overall experience has been frustrating due to poor communication, a rude interaction with one hygienist, and repeated scheduling and administrative issues. At my first appointment, I was scheduled for 7:00 a.m. It was my first time there, it was raining, and I had trouble finding the parking lot, so I arrived about 10 minutes late. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived, and someone finally came out around 7:15 to check me in. The hygienist was very rude and unwelcoming about my being late and told me they could no longer do my cleaning, only the initial X-rays, scans, and evaluation. She referenced a 15-minute grace-period policy, which I was not aware of. It was only when I was signing paperwork after the appointment that I saw that information. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I then spent about 30 minutes waiting for the dentist to come in and review my X-rays and scans. I ended up missing a work meeting and didn't get home until around 9:00 a.m. for what had originally been a 7:00 a.m. appointment. For my second visit, I was specifically trying to schedule one appointment for both the cleaning and a needed filling because I wanted to take care of everything in one return visit. I was given an appointment on June 19, but no one told me when I scheduled it that only the cleaning could be done that day. I arrived early and was then told the dentist wasn't in and I'd have to come back again for the filling. My frustration was really with the lack of communication. Had I known in advance, I would have scheduled a different appointment on a day when both could be completed rather than making two additional trips. My third visit itself went fine, but nearly two months later I unexpectedly received another bill for $61, bringing the total I paid for that visit to nearly $200, despite having paid what I was told I owed at the end of each appointment. When I reached out, I learned that the additional balance stemmed from an administrative error on their end: the filling had originally been entered incorrectly and was later corrected, resulting in an additional amount owed after insurance processed the corrected claim. I understand mistakes happen, but receiving an unexpected bill that much later, with no explanation until I asked, was frustrating. Any one of these issues on its own would have been understandable. Taken together, though, they've created a pattern of poor communication and administrative errors that has cost me a lot of extra time, inconvenience, and money.
