Thankfully I dont need botox, but I can always use a new pair of glasses. Amber Gilroy the CEO is awesome and down to earth and her team Definitely throw a great party as well. The only thing im upset about is that no one called to tell me that I won the Gucci sunglasses in the drawing! Check this place out!

They had me make an appointment for a year out which was today 5/19/2026 at 1:20 pm. Well I went there and the door was locked and with all the signs on the door and window I saw that they moved to a new location. Well that kinda made me mad that I was not informed of the move before my appointment and had to figure out where it is now. I get to the new place and there is two doors that are mark almost the same I tried the first door it was locked so I went to the other door went in and waited for my turn to check in. Now I'm late to the appointment with Dr. Park at 1:20 pm the receptionist asked me something that I could not understand because she had a mask on I told her that and she just asked me something else and I said I can't understand you. Then I looked away because she said something again so I said I was here for a skin appointment at 1:20 today and she said if I would look at her she would tell me. She finally told me that it's across the hall you know the door that was locked and with. So I went out to that door pulled on it. Locked I turned around and Noah Skilluran ? Came out the other door and he told me I was not very nice to his people that I shouldn't be talking that way. He told me that there is no one in that office today I told him I have an appointment from a year ago to see Dr. Park. So now I'm getting more angry that he's bitching at me for being mad. I left a place I working for and was missing out of about 120 dollars because I went to my appointment. I really think that I deserve a apology from him giving me crap for coming in and being there for my appointment I will be finding me a new skin Dr. that will be there for my appointment. I could have been nicer and said ok let me make another appointment for who knows when. I'm pretty sure I will not hear back from you. Thanks for your time I guess my time is worth nothing . Bill R.

I had high hopes for this clinic since it has so many high ratings. My experience getting contacts…read morefrom them was the worst I've ever experienced. I came in very clear what I wanted and didn't want. Exam and office visit was normal. When it came time to get a trial of contacts they had to order them. I drove an hour to come to this appointment then have to come back in a week? I paid $10 for them to mail them to me. Those didn't work, so I called and they had to order more, but this time had to make an appointment because they are so busy they can't take a walk in try-on. Very long story short, they had zero contacts at their office for me to try. Each time had to order them. So, if you want contacts be prepared to wait. Once I decided on a pair, the prescription was wrong. I don't even know at this rate if I have the right prescription. Called to order contacts and got the confirmation a week later that they were ordered. Why it took so long? Idk. That certainly put the nail in the coffin. Probably took two months to finally get my contacts. Do not recommend this clinic at all - may look nice but the details go a long way.

The first time the glasses arrived the lens was crooked so they had to be remade. The ball got dropped somewhere so they glasses still didn't come in. They had us come in a select a frame for free so they could send to a different lab (the first one was in California) to supposedly get them made quicker and correctly. We were told 10 biz days they would be in. Well, it apparently is going to be closer to 15 biz days! What a dog and pony show - have us in, give us a free frame, promise to get this fixed, blah, blah, blah ... still we wait. I'm sorry I ever referred anyone to this place!!!

I am a nurse practitioner myself and did a lot of research before deciding upon Visian lens surgery…read moreas I was not a candidate for less invasive procedures. I wanted to make sure the surgeon I visited had a breath of experience and training. After the experience I can truly saw I was impressed from my initial consult all the way through surgery and after. Dr Patel does fantastic work he is great at communicating, has a wonderful bedside manner and an amazing team of support staff. I wake up daily amazed that I can now read the clock across the room without glasses or contacts! I was so impressed with the operation aspect of the business, the entire staff is friendly, communicative, professional and values your time, investment and confidentiality.

But go ahead, ask your question." As if I was offending him by having concerns. As if by asking questions I was somehow challenging his expertise, rather than acknowledging it. As if this wasn't exactly the right time and place to ask questions. A bit shocked by his dismissive comment, i initially thought I should simply leave and find a different doctor. Then I thought about the weeks I had to wait just to get this appointment, and starting that process all over again, and I swallowed my pride and simply responded, "No, never-mind." But I also knew then that I would eventually write a review in which I told prospective patients this story, in case anyone preferred not to be disregarded in this way. To be fair, I am pleased with the results of my surgery. I had researched Dr Patel and never doubted his skills. But I was offended by his manner at that initial consult and believe that patients deserve to be treated better.

Less than 5 minutes in the room with me, didn't talk about my results from the front exam, just a diagnosis and meds and off I went! I understand the outside and inside of the optometrist department in Costco are different from each other and I guess apparently this last year they made some changes with different insurances. That's fine things allways change in the world we need to learn to adapt and that's not on them. What I failed too understand was the rudnesss that the front desk lady gave me. This was my first time going in by myself as an adult so I was trying to understand what this lady was telling me. And I'm fully aware I'm not the brightest person but I'm figuring out adulting as I'm going. I also believe "it's never what you say. But how you say it" this lady was getting mad at me that I wasn't understanding her. And then she got even more mad when she pulled up some guy named "Ethan Jacobs" instead of me. She made me feel stupid and young and obviously had 0 time to help me out even tho it was just us in the office. The funny thing is this lady has been there for awhile use to have blonde hair now has darker hair I've never interacted with her before now, and I wish I went my whole life without talking to her . I think if ur gonna work at a desk you should have some level of patience/ grace extended to those who are a little slower and not be such a asss like she was yesterday. I most certainly will not be going back and strongly urge everyone to do the same.

The reason that I gave four stars was because I had heard so much about Refractive Lens Exchange (RLE). Over and I heard about not needing readers. So, the first night, I couldn't read my phone, but that's to be expected. But I'm a week in now, and I can't read very well up close, and I still have halos, and blurry vision. I can see very well far away, but I'm getting concerned about the flashes of light I'm seeing in my left eye. The radio personalities who tell you that you'll never need readers, Bob Stelton, Softy Mahler, and Ian Furness, should really be held accountable Everybody tells you it's affordable, but I consider over $15,000 to be quite a lot of money. I had hoped for great results, but I will be in readers the rest of my life. I'm not thrilled about that. Just be aware that great vision is not guaranteed. Also, I should mention that while I agree the procedure is mostly painless, it was pretty uncomfortable for me. There are constant drops, and you see strange patterns and colors, and you're supposed to keep the eye being worked on open, but after a while you can't tell if it's open or closed, and there's pressure around the eye. I didn't want to be too negative, but I'm just saying the things that I wish somebody had told me.
