I've purchased from all of these stores previously and I've been having an even bigger issue with gnats lately. Cadence welcomed me in and asked what she could help with, Matt teamed up with her when I mentioned the gnat issue and both offered various options. We lucked out by just so happening to come on a Family Fun Day! My daughter and I enjoyed snacks, painting pumpkins, and discovering new things I can use to save my plants at home. The customer service was genuine, thorough, warm and consistent; I don't think a customer could ask for more. Just the service alone makes me want to continue coming back, but the products suggested are also speaking for themselves. Now my plants are happy, I made memories with my mini and I know exactly where to go whenever my plants need something. Excited to watch them all flourish in their new soil!

Her smart ass reply was we are short handed, well it didn't look that way to me when no one (3 employees) was doing anything but standing at the register. The other issue is that the girl was really a smart ass won't be back cause I asked why I couldn't use my discount for being a veteran and her reply is that there was already a discount for a 50lb bag of Heat Wave. You also have raised the prices since I bought grass seed there and in the last 2 years I looked and her smart ass said they hadn't not true at all. Due to her smart ass remarks I won't be back, I was in a time crunch for my landscaper to lay seed so I bought it but I won't be back anymore I will go to somewhere else for my grass seed from now on. When you go in to pay they have complimentary hot cocoa and hot cider, as well as wreaths to purchase if you want.

Talking with a lumber employee, he tried to help but had to call his manager. Her reaction was, the inventory is mainly managed by the vendors, it could be different stock based on area, and a couple other excuses that I eventually tuned out. The end result was,"Sorry, we don't have what you're looking for." The end. Now we're on our way to another Home Depot that may or may not have what we're looking for. Why drive to find out? Because dealing with Home Depot on the phone causes worse aggravation than a field trip to Olathe.

We've now been without a washer for three weeks. Maytag service finally came out after two weeks and immediately determined it needs a new motherboard and additional parts, which will take another week and a half to arrive. Overall, a very disappointing experience with both the product and the service timeline.
