For someone who claims to have been in business as long as he has, you wouldn't know it by the way he treats his paying customers. I would not recommend him to anybody after being talked to rudely over the phone and through emails. Apparently, he's shortstaffed these days, and unable to deliver firewood within a reasonable amount of time. By that, I mean one month or less. I ordered on October 1st (thinking that would be enough advance notice to have some wood before winter) only to get it on February 1st. That took a phone call to get too. By that time, winter is half over here in KC, so what was the point? I obviously didn't mean enough to him to get it here in time. That's not how you get repeat business. A bad attitude will kill a business quicker than anything I now. You can't "cherry pick" your customers. Go elsewhere for wood, is my recommendation. You can have the best wood in town and it still won't matter if you treat people poorly. read more
