From the financial team straight down to the salesmen, these imbeciles don't know a car handle from a gas cap. The first time I traded in a car with them, they told me they were going to pay my car off upon trade-in, but they never did and it ended up hitting my credit as a non payment. Now, I decided to give them a second chance and trade into more of my cars for two new ones. They have been bothering me nonstop for the last seven days to deal with a bunch of employment verification paperwork, and everything on my and have them done completely by idiots can't seem to figure anything out on their own. So not only are they calling my job, they are blowing up my cell phone and texting me to do things that have already been done. And now the next thing I worry about is they may not pay off my two other cars and that might hit my credit again. If you want to put yourself in car, and be comfortable.. Don't ever come here. They're not looking out for the customer ever, only themselves.

The following day, still more major repairs were reported, seeming to suggest we should just trade the car in. On the recommendation of a friend, we took the car to C&T Auto Care where Lukas and Chris quickly set us straight on what was true (a few things actually were) and what was false. One example: the dealer had told us we needed to replace the entire steering column ($2000) when all that was needed was to replace a steering column flexible coupler (about $5), which the team identified as the problem in about 2 minutes. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and fast - and their pricing was great! We highly recommend them.
