The owner said that we were not going to be a good fit for them and she offered to give us a referral, It was to a groomer 39 miles away. We thought if we made an early appointment, they wouldn't be backed up and our dog would be there at the most for two hours, so we made an appointment for a month later. When we showed up, we learned that she had cancelled it without notifying us. Turns out she was right - she wasn't a good fit for us.

Chloe (my pup) received a package in the mail from them with puppy treats, a toy, and other miscellaneous items. I knew from their interest in her that we had to board her there for the night. Fast forward to July 22, I was super worried about how she would be in a new environment since she is a puppy and she gets anxiety around new people and not being by/with her "mom". That night I received a report card with a cute little picture of her and it had no negatives about her; she even made friends with two other pups- Annie and Tator! When we picked her up she was super happy and the staff working enjoyed playing with her. We paid a little extra so she could have 1:1 play time and be let out more often since we are working on potty training. In all, I definitely recommend this place and I will reach out to them again if we ever need to board Chloe overnight for whatever reason.

Our dog went through her final months in a good place due to their elite guidance, and when we recently had to put her to sleep due to medical issues common in a 14YO dog, I was amazed at the level of kindness and care they brought every single moment. As a college student going to school and working they have been able to accommodate Ace at any given time. I have also had last minute situations come up and have either had to board Ace or put in daycare and sure enough Dogsinn came to my rescue! They shaved my golden retriever, we asked for his normal cut and they shaved him bare in some spots. They called us and said "we cut it too short in some spots" but it was an utter hack job. They then lied and doubled down and said we asked for him to be shaved, this is a lie because I know cutting a goldens hair too short can lead to permanent damage. They must not know that. They offered no apology, no refund, nothing. They should not be in business.
