I went to the vet a month ago and they told me they would fax it over to tangled tails, the girl at the front desk at tangle tails told me that their fax machine was down last month in my opinion when I called to set the appointment they should tell me that I need to get them updated vaccinations instead of driving they're getting my dogs, all nervous and excited and not being able to take them. I will never go there again you should not either.

She said they can't take back the food, after it's been opened. I have never been told that. Every where I have bought dog food from, guarantees it, or will take it back for a refund, or a replacement of another kind. I will never do business with these people again. When people do business like this, they don't care about your pet, it's all about making money. So now they have my money, 31.00 to be exact. I'm out that money, and have to spend probably about sane amount on another bag of food she can eat.
