Great service! Wonderful dog groom! Our Charli was in and out in an allotted 4 hours and looked beautiful when we picked her up.

Two stars only cause the cuts looked cute but not what was requested. We asked for a mini groom, they gave and the charged for a full groom. The business lacks accountability, they were apologetic for the misunderstanding but refused to charge less than the full groom despite not asking for a full groom but requesting their "mini groom". At least they were kind when taking advantage of us? Will not be returning. read more

if i could give this place a 0 out of 5 stars I would. I ordered over $100 worth of toys for my dogs christmas presents. Bark shop confirmed my order once. great should be here before christmas. Then my order was canceled some days later then had an item taken out due to it being out of stock and the promptly put back in the 10 day processing que... Customer service is a joke. No number to contact and if you do get a number the dog barking is the customer service representative helping you... After i complain to live chat nothing is done... couple days later my order was canceled and promptly yet again out back ion the processing que after another toy was taken out. Why is the order confirmed if I don't have the toys i picked? I hate this place...going to another dog toy shop screw this place. read more

I asked for my golden retriever's feet to be trimmed. Instead they gave her a SHORT whole body trim! She looks HORRIBLE. Never again.

Brilliant job with both our dogs! They went over everything in great detail before getting started, and because our girls are always used to being together, they let our golden retriever watch as our golden doodle was groomed! Enormous difference with one full groom, and they smell great! They give a lot of attention to detail for every dog! We already scheduled our next groom before we left! This will be far more comfortable for the summer! We recommended them to Nana and she brought in her retriever mix and was also thrilled with the results! read more

Used to be a great place that would groom our small dog for around $ 40 including tip. Last time it cost us $80 and they forgot to do our dog's nails They will not see us again. read more

We've tried several local groomers for our mini Goldendoodle and most want to shave her down or cut her too much like a poodle. Sarah at Bark Shop really listened to what we wanted and gave recommendations based on our dog's fur texture/curl as to what would work best just like my own stylist would do. The one time where we had some matting after going a little too long between grooming appointments, they called us to let us know they were going to have to cut her shorter. From one appointment to the next, the grooming is consistent because they take notes on what they did previously. Our dog is always happy (and tired) after leaving the Bark Shop because she loves to see and play with the other dogs while she is there. I love the Bark Shop. I took my six year old YorkiePoo there to be groomed. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I left a picture of how I wanted Hattie groomed and she was perfect! I've already made my return appointment. In the six years we have had her, this is my third grooming shop I've tried. This will be our final stop. Love it! read more

Brought my senior dog in for his first visit today. He's a good boy but a little cranky at his age. But he was treated wonderully and looked great after a nice bath, brushing and nail trim. We will definitely bring him here again...highly recommended. read more

This place is truly amazing. Love taking our Great Pyrenees here to tame down the tumblefluffs at home and trim her dew claws . She's always seems relaxed when I pick her up which is great because she can be an the anxious side. Great prices and great work! read more

Brought my dog here a few times. The first few times my dog saw Taylor and she did great. The last time she saw someone else. I was very disappointed by the last visit. They had my dog for 7 hours. The hair cut was very uneven. They did not cut around her feet at all, missed large patches on her stomach and face, and did not cut around ears. My dog also had several small injuries by her eye, and on her stomach. I paid to have her ears cleaned and they did not do that either. And after all that, she caught Kennel cough. Overall, a very disappointing and upsetting experience. I will not be returning. read more

Love this place! We moved to the DM area five years ago and have been searching for the right groomer for our dogs. We finally found it! Their online booking is insanely easy and convenient. The groomer we had, Jordan, was awesome! She gave me suggestions about better ways to groom my dogs when I told her about problems we were having. One of my dogs is a little high-strung but Jordan was amazing with her! Come to find out, she also has a girl schnauzer, so she completely understood her behaviors and how to handle her. My other dog is in his senior years and struggles with arthritis. Jordan picked up on this right away and made accommodations for him so he wouldn't be stressed or in pain. My fur babies came back looking great, and I am picky about how they are groomed. When I picked them up, the environment was so friendly and felt like a family. Very clean, well-lit and all grooming was done out in the open- no secrets or wondering if they are treating your fur baby well. The other groomers talked to me as if they were my groomer too. This was my 2nd time taking my Shih Tzu to Amanda. My first experience with her was not favorable. I ask for a long puppy cut appx 2 inch length. When I went to pick him up I noticed the tube legs were pretty long. When I got home his length on his legs was at least 4 inches. His head was really uneven and I had to trim myself. I called Laura and she did have me bring him back. This time she did a good job on his body, I did ask for 1 1/4 inch length but legs still so long. I even brought a pic the first visit for her to reference and stated I wanted them like that. They raised their prices so when you Pay $58 for a full groom and I have to come home and finish trimming his head and his legs, is not acceptable. I had my Mom take her Shih Tzu and she will not be back. His head was so choppy, legs again super long and she did not even pull ear hair. We are both so disappointed!! Too bad I have to look for another groomer again. read more
