But with each storm, Jemma improved. When Anna brought her to my house for training sessions, I couldn't believe I was looking at the same dog. I had intentionally arranged for people to come over so we could test her. Anna would calmly tell her "No" in the sweetest voice, and Jemma would immediately settle down. No barking. No lunging. No chaos. I knew she would be different, but I never imagined the transformation would be that dramatic. Anna took her back for a little more work, and two weeks later she brought her home for good. I sat on my deck in complete disbelief as Jemma watched the neighbors without barking or acting like a fool. When someone walked by with their dog, Anna coached me through it. After Jemma let out a bark, I quietly said, "No." And she stopped. Just stopped. WHAT?! Are you kidding me? Why didn't I bring her to Anna five years ago? That is SO much better! What an improvement!" I just stood there staring at Jemma in disbelief. Anna and her team are true experts. The time, patience, dedication, and knowledge it took to transform my mix of cuteness and crazy into a confident, manageable dog is something I will always be grateful for. What impressed me most was how quickly Anna can identify the root of a problem. She doesn't just address the symptoms--she is incredibly skilled at detecting behavioral issues, understanding why they're happening, and developing a plan to resolve them. Her ability to assess a dog's needs and adjust her training approach accordingly is remarkable. It gave me confidence knowing that every challenge Jemma presented was met with patience, knowledge, and a solution. Anna goes above and beyond to set dogs up for success. But just as importantly, she teaches owners how to maintain that success. She showed me how to be the leader Jemma needed and gave me the tools and confidence to continue building on everything she taught us. And did I mention she has the cleanest kennels I've ever seen? First, Josh is a very pleasant and personable professional trainer who has built a following by offering exceptional services. He is a current military man and an ex-law enforcement officer who has traveled to several countries to study and improve his dog training techniques. I spent several hours with Josh as he explained his philosophies and successful methods of dog training. I have met many dog trainers both in person and through the internet, but Josh has an honest and straightforward approach that really appeals to me! Next is the facility. It is a modern, free-standing building that was designed and constructed for the specific purpose of boarding and training dogs. It has plenty of lighting, both natural and artificial, huge environmental heating and cooling equipment, and large kennels with ample space to house his dogs as well as a system of drains that make it easy to keep the areas clean. There were quite a few dogs there at the time of my visit and the place smelled very clean, a testament to his attention to his charges and the maintenance of the facility. Sadly, I live too far away to take advantage of his services, but I would highly recommend Josh and his services to anyone seeking a safe, sanitary and comfortable place to train and board their dogs!

Recently took my dog to be groomed here. she received a sanitary cut and thought it was a little…read moreodd that they shaved her down completely bald in the area but didn't think much of it just figured that's standard and would ask them not to cut that hair again as it was her longer tail hairs that were more the problem. The following day she developed a rash and thought it was the short hairs rubbing in her skin folds causing irritation. By the second day the area was bright red and oozing. We had to visit an urgent care vet as it was the weekend at this point and learned that she had a serious bacterial infection that was secondary to a suspected clipper burn. Multiple pain relievers and antibiotics later she's thankfully on the mend but $75 grooming turned into a $325 vet bill and a broken heart seeing our girl in pain. I know things happen but I am disappointed that this was our experience the first time taking her, I trusted the groomers to take good care of her and unfortunately that just didn't happen. We will not be returning but wanted to leave the review for awareness.

Both my husband and I heard this, and it was a major reason we agreed to the plan. When our puppy needed a nail trim, I called and mentioned that I had the prevention plan that included nail trims and asked if I needed an appointment. They scheduled me right away. When I arrived, I was told nail trims were not included and would cost $27. This should have been clearly communicated on the phone. Mistakes happen, but there was no accountability and no effort to make it right. When I asked for a refund since the plan was misrepresented, I was now charged $30 for the nail trim because I was "no longer a member" and didn't receive member pricing. They clearly value transactions over relationships. It's unfortunate because Dr. Quinn was great, but the business side is poorly handled. I won't be returning.
