DO NOT TAKE YOUR FURBABY TO HER IF YOU LOVE THEM!! *** LOOK ON GOOGLE TO SEE PICTURES OF MY BABY AFTER CLIPPER DOODLE DOO HAD HER*** First of all... Animal ABUSE! Only if i could give her a negative rating. I decided to try and support my local area businesses but that was the biggest mistake ever. When I picked up my 7lbs baby, I was holding her and she was acting weird, the way she was clinging to me I could tell she didn't like the pet salon. In which I said out loud right in front of Bri THREE TIMES, "Awww whats wrong you didn't like it here?!?!" And all three times Bri CHANGED the subject. My baby wanted down so I put her down and then she kept rubbing her nose with her paws and the floor.. I stood there and literally was watching her behavior and said to Bri, "She's acting weird... What is she doing??? She never acts like this..." AGAIN, Bri changes the subject and wouldn't stop talking about her next day Vegas trip. After I left, we came home and my baby laid on the floor like she was depressed... Im pretty in tune with my baby and I know when something is wrong. She kept rubbing her face again.. So I thought maybe she didn't like the shampoo that was used so I washed her face. And BTW the shampoo smelled like cheap strawberry scratch and sniff sticker and thats a nice way to say it. Also my baby has not stop scratching herself since!! Dont waste your money on Clipper doodle doo.. After washing my babys face we stepped out on the patio and the sun was glistening on her face, which is when I saw a HUGE cut on her nose where she was trying to tell me. I went back to look at the rag I used to wash her face and Bri tried to cover it up with makeup or something!!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES!!! I felt sooo bad for my baby as she was depressed after that for a week and didn't want to go to anyone or played like she used to. After I texted Bri, she DENIED everything!!! But then 2 seconds later sent me a link for rash/ burn ointment. She had it on hand you all. She must do this a lot!! So I first tried to be nice but when she took NO ownership of it and told me how she "never even used clippers" I then asked her if she didnt know how to use sheers then because this did not just come from no where! Bri then went on about how she could SHOW me a clip of the camera where she was singing (sure she was) and how matted my baby was... In which I brushed my baby the night b4 to make the groomers job easier and yet she still shaved her to the skin when i asked for a trim!! When I said it was short at pick up, Bri said... "Oh its hot and its summer.." like seriously?!?! I gave her my email to send me this lovely clip but still have not received it.. Wheres the clip Bri? I want to see you singing and playing with my baby as you claim. Deny deny deny.. All she did... Then had the nerves to say that I sounded hostel... I then told her how its sad because all I wanted was some ownership but all she did was argue with me. She is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! She is NOT WORTH $75. Bri was very helpful with proving information & setting up the appointment in response to a FB advertisement. She emailed a client sheet & a request for proof of vaccinations the night prior to our appointment. As a new client- upon arrival she asked lots of questions regarding my pets prior grooming experiences, if there were any concerns to be addressed, and if there were any areas the pet was sensitive to/didn't like being groomed. She provided a detailed overview of what the grooming process would be & an approximate timeframe to complete the service. She sent a text 20 minutes before the session was completed & called one my pet was available for pickup. At pick up she went over the services provided, requested a follow up appointment & when I explained my pet's grooming preferences she recommended I follow her page on FB & look for quarterly specials. The services were very fairly priced (shampoo, conditioner, de-shedding, blow dry, eat clean, nail trim & teeth brushed - with hypoallergenic products). The store is conveniently located & very clean. I look forward to bringing my pet to her in the future! read more

Hands down a great experience from start to finish! Bri is very professional with vast knowledge and experience to ensure you and your pet are in great hands receiving exceptional service. She has been in the business for many years and has a great group of groomers working along side her. My little Marli Jo loves getting pampered and always leaves looking and smelling amazing. I have witnessed nothing but top notch service tailored to each individual client executed with skill and patience. They have always treated all dogs that visit their salon like their own and I would never hesitate referring anyone there. Be sure to call well in advance to get your pooches in. They have a list of regular clientele that keeps their calendar full. I promise, they are worth the wait. I would not trust my girls with anyone else and will gladly wait for their availability! My Tucker went to see Anna today. I was very concerned because he had never been to a groomer. He not yet a year old and I just didn't know how he would react. Anna was great in letting me know that she would do as much as Tucker would allow. I was intending on picking him up and only him having a Feet, Face, and Fanny groom. To my absolute surprise, he was fully groomed and looked amazing! I'm am 1000% satisfied! Tucker loved her and he honestly didn't want to leave the salon! lol She let me know he did great and I'm so glad. Tucker has found a new friend and we will now be a regular customer!!!! This was the first time I met Clipper Doodle. I adopted a very over grown dog and needed a grooming very fast. I contacted Brie (the owner) and she squeezed him in. Brie is an extremely accommodating owner and a genuine dog lover. She did a great job on my newly acquired dog and I would highly recommend her.
