The staff there are friendly and professional. The facility doesn't have fancy frills or live-streams but it's affordable price reflects that and my dogs could care less. There have been a few times I asked for updates and the staff have sent me photos and videos of my dogs to ease my concerns. Overall, it's a great business that gives me peace of mind that my dogs are getting exercise and positive engagement.

Got them home and my golden retriever has matts behind both ears that weren't brought to my attention by them or weren't taken care of by their groomers. You'd think if while bathing and brushing out a dog you find matted fur you'd talk with the owner or you'd work out the matted hair before sending them home. Have brought my girls her many many times and service has gone way down hill the last 3 times they've gone so likely will be looking for a new groomer. Service quality is going down but their prices sure aren't! $140+ for a basic bath package with low shed added for 2 medium/large dogs is getting too high for the quality office the service!

My puppy was having resource guarding issues and they had so many suggestions that after a couple of weeks we had no more issues.

Nala is an under 2 German Shepherd. She has always been loving toward dogs and humans. Recently…read moreafter a new neighbor with aggressive dogs moved in next door, Nala started showing rude behavior toward strange dogs. It could be age, it could be a change in her home environment. Either way we suddenly could not go out in public because I feared the wrong dog would react to her behavior. Nala started going to Tiffany with ICO. She did one on one trainings for two hours twice a week. This past weekend we were able to return to the dog park and Nala successfully responded to other dogs in a proper manner. Not only did Nala respond correctly but I've also learned through Tiffany the importance of advocating for my dog and her right to her personal space. Nala had a fantastic time once again playing with her dog friends and meeting new friends. I highly recommend talking with ICO and helping your puppy change behavior before it changes them. I have had other in home trainers in the past and definitely would recommend Clint over anyone else. We had Clint in our home for I believe six in home sessions for our year old German Shepherd rescue, Konah. We adopted Konah at 8 months after she was abandoned by her original owners. We did not have a lot of information on her upbringing. She started exhibiting concerning behaviors every time we had guests over, she would not stop barking, she also had lunged at and nipped at a few guests - which can be really scary for a guest to have a 70 lbs German Shepherd lunge at them. She would also freak out on walks anytime we walked past other people, especially if they had a dog as well. In general at home, Konah is such a great dog, she is a huge cuddle bug and sweet as can be. She also excelled at two different group training basic obedience classes, so we were really not sure how to stop these fear based behaviors with guests and strangers. Clint was a huge help!! He provided us with tools and support and was very responsive to any emails when we had questions and concerns for Konah. He would go on walks with us to observe her behavior. He was very kind and polite to us and very understanding. He provided us with great insight into what was happening with our usually sweet as can be pup. She still has a lot of work to do, but I wouldn't hesitate to ask for his help again. It is not a miracle solution for your dog and you will have to be willing and patient to put in a lot of work with difficult behaviors!

When I adopted him, I was told he was terrified of men. Clint immediately knew how to act and make himself less intimidating so that my dog could feel comfortable around him.
