They explain what Olaf was going through and suggested several treatments. Olaf doesn't allow other people to touch him, they were patient with him. They showed me the actual price for each items. They allow me to decide what to try or not try. We came up with a plan together to try for one month and then a recheck. I will try Dr. Jensen again.

Additionally, BluePearl performed procedures and administered medications without my direct approval or consent. At no point did they contact me to discuss or authorize these additional treatments. This lack of communication and disregard for consent is deeply concerning. I strongly caution others: do not take your pet here. Based on my experience, they prioritize running up charges over transparent, ethical care.

However when my husband called to make an appointment they required a $65.00' non- refundable security deposit to finalize the appointment. That should of been a red flag but we agreed. Our appointment was scheduled out few weeks and Everytime we drove by this place we notice no business or cars ever seem to be in the parking lot . We worried if their business was down and still wonder why we had to pay that deposit? We began to question the care our dog would receive if money up front was sole concern.
