I have attached the invoice for your review. It is clear that the final bill was inflated to match -- and exceed -- the deposit amount, which I find highly unethical and unacceptable. Additionally, BluePearl performed procedures and administered medications without my direct approval or consent. At no point did they contact me to discuss or authorize these additional treatments. This lack of communication and disregard for consent is deeply concerning. I strongly caution others: do not take your pet here. Based on my experience, they prioritize running up charges over transparent, ethical care.

They euthanized and did nose and paw prints as well as a ceramic disk with his paw print and put him in a box with his name on it all for free. They provided emotional support for me and my parents. I was only 15 losing my best friend and they a offered cost free way to end his suffering. They put him in a blanket after the euthanasia and I got to hold him for as long as I wanted one last time. And a couple days later they mailed a card saying how they're sorry for our loss and all of the vets signed it. It was so sweet and definitely made this detestating thing slightly better for me.
