About two months ago I adopted a new puppy. Since the adoption I've been to this clinic a handful of times and the front desk, vet techs, and vets have all been great. I normally book a last minute appointment online so I've never consistently seen the same vet but it doesn't matter to me because every one of them has been great. There are other vet clinics that are cheaper than this office but pets are a luxury expense. If you cannot afford to get a pet, maybe it's best not to have one since you won't be able to really care for them. However, I am a person that cares about prices so I will list them here for others awareness based on what I have been charged: exam: $86.90 regulatory waste fee: $7.50 anal gland expression: $41.50 fecal test with Giardia: $61.20 topical flea/tick/heartworm med (revolution-1 month supply): $23.49 clavamox drops (15 ml): $71.00 Leptospirosis vaccine (shot 1 and shot 2 ): $33 each, $66 total alton-deworm $38.60 This is my first pet ever so I had a lot of questions for the vets. I've NEVER felt rushed by the vets. Each vet has been willing to listen to my questions/issues and answer me thoroughly by providing good tips on how to care for my pup. I've never felt pressured to buying any products from them. When I ask them to approve a request from Chewy.com or Petsmart.com about a prescription for a flea/tick/heartwork product they are always happy to authorize the approval for it. I've always been seen on time or early (when I arrive early) so they are punctual for the appointments. I highly recommend this clinic! Other things to note: --Each vet takes notes of the visit in their own way. I've received notes in PDF attached to email. I've also received notes via Scribenotes where it's 'voice to text' technology (I provided my consent to be recorded). But the notes are always emailed the same day of the visit which helps with processing pet insurance claims. --You can book an appointment online (which is super easy to do) but you cannot cancel or reschedule the appointment online ( you have to call) --Everyone here is so friendly and willing to take care of your pet because they know how much you love them. read more

Not excited about the care we have received for our dogs. About to switch to a different vet. They are always too busy to get back to your preferred vet, and if you have a recurring issue, it's like starting over each time and it costs a fortune over and over again. They get so busy that they send you to a different vet, but of course that causes issues because now the dog's medical records are spread all over the place. Sick and tired of this. read more

A really nice clinic, however, a bit pricey. $177 for them to tell me my cat has a bladder infection (which I already knew) and some antibiotics. The nurse and doctor explained things really well to me and made sure I understood everything. But knowing how much it was going to be, I would've either went to a different vet or driven to my hometown where it would've been $35. If you end up going here, make sure to ask them how much everything will be before they run their "tests." read more

There are vets who care and there are vets who are money making machines. Unfortunately this is a practice more worried about the money than the welfare of the patients. They missed some key issues my dog was having (even after dropping $450 there) - dehydration (the first thing the teach in vet school) and my dog continued to suffer until another practice saw the condition 60 seconds after I arrived. Avoid them. read more

I have been bringing my dog here for all of his 17 years but no more. They already charge a lot for services and they mark up their meds at least 30% over online prices. now they refuse to refill ear drops that we have had to get off and on for many years without another expensive office visit. they don't open on Saturday anymore even though they have several new vets working there. i Really hate finding a new vet after 17 years but it has become all about the money at this place. read more

Nothing but great things to say about this practice. Dr. Bunn performed eye surgery on my son's dog and it came out fantastic. Had trouble getting eye ointment on his eyes, so I drove daily to the clinic to have them put it on for me. Tech's were fantastic and never complained. Extremely accommodating and friendly. Dr. Young came out and talked with me about my dog, as she has one just like him. Very nice people. Yes, taking care of pets is expensive. The best advice is if you can't afford to take care of them, you shouldn't get one. read more

Fantastic, caring staff who takes care of all their patients as if it's their own pet. We've taken our dog here for the past two years, and have had nothing but great experiences. They're willing to go the extra mile to seek extra treatment options when needed, even going so far as researching veterinary dentists out of state to find the best one for our dog. read more

Dr. Bunn and his staff were absolutely amazing! We were faced with a very difficult decision when our dog was sick and he was kind and compassionate, explaining all our options. He did a fantastic job on her surgery and she's back to her normal self. They also kept us up to date on her progress and even followed up to be sure she was recovering well. Best Vet Clinic Ever! Everyone is so caring, loving and passionate about animals!!! My dog is always excited when we get there to see everyone. How often can you say that about a doctor visit?!!
