I have taken my dogs to this vet for several years because of the convenient location and…read moreavailability of appointments. I'm unsure if they actually offer value in their prices, which still seems really high. The staff there are always kind and professional. There seems to be high rate of turnover of the staff. They appear to have difficult and inefficient processes, perhaps that contributes to the turnover? One frustrating thing is there is not a phone line that goes directly to the clinic, but rather it is routed through a call center. I have my dogs groomed in the Petco, which is in the adjacent building and have yet to have Vetco be able to communicate to Petco that my dogs are fully vaccinated. Sometimes their printer is not working, this last visit I was told they are unable to email the records to Petco. At least the printer worked so I could walk through to the other side of the building and hand off the records myself.

There is no doubt she cares very much for the welfare of the animals she treats.

I would never again take a cat to Hubbell. A sweet stray was found by our daughter and we searched…read morefor the owner to no avail. We took her to Hubble to see if she was chipped and fixed. They said that she was not fixed and not chipped. We spent several hundred dollars for vaccines and some medical issues. A few weeks later we took the cat to have her spayed and chipped at the local shelter. It turned out that the cat was both spayed and chipped. The shelter said that the chip was easy to locate and the scar was obvious from the spay. The original owner was contacted and their cat was returned. It is clear that Hubble was incompetent not to mention the heartbreak to our daughter.
