Upon entering the space, the staff members are all so pleasant, friendly, and informative. I appreciate that they really make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. My facial was done by Monica Jorge, and she really took the time to understand my skin so that she could customize her approach to treating it. I had been using retinoids, so Monica was super gentle when performing the diamond glow facial. She took the time to explain every step of the process as she was treating my skin, and ensured that I was relaxed the entire time. My skin is normally very reactive and I was a little worried that I would experience some redness/dryness or irritation after the facial; however, that was not the case at all! Monica prioritized hydration in my treatment, and my skin looks great now (a few days after my facial). I had no irritation at all and my skin is definitely smoother to the touch and less congested. Monica even recommended a lightweight moisturizer to add to my usual routine and so far, it's been great! I will definitely be back to Skin Spirit in the future!

You'll get some steam to open pores, extraction, mask, massage, moisture, etc. I opted for the biogenic facial. It's ideal for those of you that want to start with a fresh palette. She'll also tell you what to do when you leave her office and how to see continued results. Yes, I left with some products, but they're all natural, organic, and I purchased the core products I don't already have in my (overindulgent) product world. The coolest thing Maria introduced me to and recommended - this electromagnetic something or other that she'd run over some type of bee pollen powder to almost create a barrier between your face, the cleansing it just got, and helping with healing and closing everything back up. It's apparently very common in the Ukraine and Russia. It doesn't hurt, just feels like an electric current is going across your face.
