I second the reviewer who said "magical," though Dr. Craddock isn't at all mysterious about what…read morehe's doing. He's so kind and practical and will explain what he finds and adjusts if you ask. And if you've tried chiropractors before, a D.O. like Dr. Craddock is so, so much better. I've had a stiff neck from some gymnastics injuries way back that gets aggravated by stress and my slouching tendencies. Dr. Craddock can always relieve the tension and gives me stretching tips. He also helped me so much during pregnancy (my hips often got out of whack). And he saw my newborn for a check up, as birth can sometimes jam the little guys up. I'm so thankful I live near this practice.

I am a new patient to Dr. Craddock and today was my second appointment. He was recommended to me by…read morea long time patient and also by a fellow Doctor of Osteopathy who works in the area. After hearing about Dr. Craddick from these two people, I had pretty high expectations before my first appointment. I'm happy to say that Dr. Craddock exceeded those high expectations. The initial paperwork about my medical history and current complaint were thorough without being too long. Dr. Craddock really took the time to listen and understand what I was experiencing. He really saw me as a whole person and he treated me accordingly. His gentle touch was very effective. His office was immaculate and I felt very comfortable all the way through the two appointments I've had with him so far. I will be glad to go back to him for care in the future and I will definitely recommend him to others.

For more than 20 years, I've been an appreciative patient here. Most recently, Dr. LeBaron has…read morehelped me to correct hormonal imbalances, and her precision recommendations are based in such in-depth knowledge and practical interpretations, communicated with clarity and without fuss. Quite possibly my IQ goes up a point every time that I meet with her. I can't say enough to praise Jessica Coleman, the physical therapist. If not for her, my quality of life wouldn't be as good as it is. As someone who facilitates sessions to help clients (a different kind of work, RES), I find Jessica to be a powerful role model for me of compassionate, generous, skillful, all-in service. Rebecca Berkson's acupuncture is just plain superb. Although I've had many acupuncturists, I'd have to rate her as the very best. Also, I'd like to give a shout-out to Robin and Nan, nurses on staff. Consistently they're so responsive, professional, and kind. June, who helps with insurance, has been dependably diligent. And remarkably patient, too, now that I've finally switched over to Medicare as my primary insurance. One final point, about the high standard for customer service. The culture of service at the Kaplan Center really stands out for me. Such authentic caring, personal commitment to service, and professional excellence. It just shines through. Over the years I've been glad to recommend many friends, and even some clients, to the Kaplan Center. Why do I put my personal reputation on the line in this way? Because the staff has earned my trust over and over again.

Huge waste of time. Lost my test results. I called weekly and staff told me it took weeks to…read morereturn a test that took 7 days. $$$$$$ The right hand doesnt know what the left is doing. Awful experience. Dr Kaplan was great back in the 90's when it was him. Not the case anymore

Can't say enough about Dr Rosen and the care he provides. He is thoughtful, analytical, explains…read morethings thoroughly and gets right to the issues. I have been able to avoid surgery for 5 years by following the PT protocols he has designed. I think he is one of the best physicians I have ever worked with. I travel 45 minutes each way to see him. He is straightforward which i really appreciate and will admit when he is unsure about something -- help weigh the pros and cons.

Well gosh, I can't believe no one's written a review for Dr. Rosen here, so I'll do it. I've been…read moreto Dr. Rosen twice, once for back pain and once for knee pain. He is great. He does a thorough examination of your body, checking how well different muscle and muscle groups are working, then gives you targeted exercises to develop the weaker muscles and groups. It's not the gentlest of experiences: if he feels a muscle needs releasing, he'll get in there and torture you for a few seconds. It ain't no New Age spa and you're not going to get some faux-Asian wind-chime music while it happens, but it's all for the good (one hopes). Dr. Rosen is highly knowledgeable and has a common-sense approach to fixing body mechanics that necessitates no more than a visit or two if you do your exercises. You pay out-of-pocket, but I'd rather do that than go to any number of physical therapists who don't have a medical degree. After you've suffered the pain and been to all the others, you'll be ready to pay Dr. Rosen's reasonable fees and get your body back to optional functioning.
