I was first introduced to VIM through the fitness walks they sponsored in the fall 2021. Dr…read more Singletary offered a free Red Light session to participants of one of the walks. I took my session which is supposed to help you loose inches. She measured me before and after and I had lost an inch in my hips Who doesn't love that after being on the table for about 30 minutes. After my session we talked about what I was looking for and it turns out what I really needed was better health. Now don't get me wrong, I'm pretty healthy, but what I realized was some of the aches and pains I was accepting as my normal could be made better with adjustments. When I met Dr. Singletary, she really spent the time to understand what I had been experiencing. She also explained to me that she's not a "neck popper" and focuses on the patient in terms of nutrition and overall wellness, and I can vouch for this. In the plan that she created for me - yes, this isn't a one and done thing, she gave me laser and redlight therapy, decompression table, adjustments, and a ton of reinforcement. All I had to do was follow the plan. It's been about a month and a half of coming here and I'm like a whole new person. Dr. Singletary and the team at VIM are incredible. I wish all medical professionals could be like them.
