They seemed quite professional, however when I called them a couple weeks later to check on the proposal, Jessica said they were waiting for a few more prices and would email me the proposal soon. I waited another week and got nothing, I called again and asked to speak with Jessica, was told she was not available or busy. Left a message for her to call me back and no return call after many days. Called again and spoke with the receptionist and left another message for Jessica and still no call back. Tried a third time and got the receptionist again and she said she'd make sure Jessica got the message. As you can guess by now, I did not get a call back, this is after three messages in a week. I was starting to wonder if I needed to speak with someone more responsible, but then reading through their website, I found out that Jessica was the owner. Anyway, I'm glad the only time wasted was with this, though they did delay a time critical project. Hard to imagine a real company would behave like this.

We spent a considerable amount of time in the store and were not rushed. The only issue was the communications. Many unanswered emails and phone calls. Took months to receive my bill despite emailing her my new email address and even reminding her I still needed to pay which she didn't reply to, then she sent the bill to the wrong email which I fortunately checked before it was disabled. Good product and prices but that was about it. Probably best to go to the store in person for followup if that's possible. I was out of state so it didn't work for me.

The two gentlemen that assisted me with my purchase went above and beyond. They knew I was going to install them on my pier 250 miles away so they were very meticulous when rounding up all the parts needed. They were very friendly and courteous I'm a DIY kind of guy so I have a lot of experience with hardware stores but not one of them could hold a candle to the customer service I received at this store. However, I highly recommend Rockfab to anyone looking at new countertops and backsplash. My wife and I decided to replace our laminate countertop and wanted to have a backsplash put in as well. Since we were going to be doing that remodel, we wanted to get all new sink, faucet, dishwasher and garbage disposal. I wanted a turnkey process where i could go to one place and get everything done in one place. Rockfab was the place. They coordinated the countertop install as well as the plumbing and electrical work needed. We started out looking at Home Depot and Lowes and were mostly looking at Quartz countertops. After doing some research i was looking at Rockfab and decided to go there. After looking anther extensive granite showroom where you could look at the full size slabs, we fell in love with a granite countertop. Their selection of backsplash is excellent and we found a backsplash we liked. All along the process, Susan did a great job of helping us coordinate the granite we picked and the backsplash color. After getting a quote I was pleasantly surprised that I was paying less than i would have at a big box store like Home Depot and i had a great selection of products and service to back it up. Again, I would recommend Rockfab to anyone!!
