Looking back at my experience dealing with Michael, everything has been very positive! He's visited our residence a number of times trying to keep our hot water heater going and has quite literally bent over backwards in an effort to make sure we were taken care of. He's very professional and thorough, and represents Southern State quite well in my opinion. As for the company itself, although I had a minor hiccup in my service, I'd still suggest Southern State to friends and family. Overall communication has been great and the technician has, as I said before, always gone above and beyond. Prices seem to be more reasonable than some of the other companies we've dealt with in the area, and they offer an emergency service protection plan which my family also purchased.
