I contacted the business by phone number 281.465.9005 on Monday, September 26, 2016. I spoke with…read moreTony Pearson who said he would stop by my home the next day to look at a broken double paned window. He said he would show up at 6pm, and was over an hour late, which was not an issue. He looked at the window, took measurements, and said he would order the replacement window. He stated the window would take approximately 2 days to be delivered, and he would return on Friday, September 30, 2016 to complete the installation. Tony gave me a business card and said the total would be $237.15. I wrote a check for the amount, to Tony as requested, and expected to hear back from him by the end of the week. When I did not hear from Tony by Saturday, I attempted to call multiple times over the next several days. His phone would either go straight to a full mailbox, where you could leave no message, or the contact number provided was disconnected. I attempted emailing a handful of times to the email address on the business card and received no response. The check I had written was cashed Tuesday, October 4, 2016 with still no word from the business. After calling about 15 times, I finally had a man answer the phone on Wednesday, October 5th. He said that Tony was on a site and would return my call. Tony never did call, but instead texted my cell phone. His message said, "Mrs. Ally, this is Tony, I'm in a meeting, but thank you for calling this morning, I have misplaced your number, but I have your window here, can I come tomorrow afternoon to fix it?" I happened to be taking an international trip and was leaving the next morning so told Tony I would not be back in town until Tuesday, October 11, 2016. He responded that he would come over on Tuesday. I asked what time, but never received a response. I did not hear form Tony at all on Tuesday, October 11th. I sent multiple texts in the meantime. Tuesday, October 11, 2016 - " Can you please come Thursday at 3pm to replace the window? I did not hear back from you regarding a time for today, and now I have prior commitments to tend to. Thank you, Allie." (No response) Wednesday, October 12, 2016 - "Tony, Can you please confirm when you will be installing the window at my home? I have not heard from you in a week." (no response) Thursday, October 13,2016 - "Tony, can you please confirm when you will complete my window installation?" (no response) I finally received a response on Thursday, October 13,2016 stating, "Do you want me to come early Saturday". I responded yes, that I would prefer if he could come early. He responded he would come to my house at 8am on Saturday, October 15, 2016 and I agreed. When Tony did not show up on Saturday morning I texted him at 9:20am asking, "Can you please let me know when you are coming today?" I received a response Wednesday, October 19, 2016 stating, "Sorry, I was sick in the bed, can I come today". I responded with a yes, and requesting for a time frame. I received no response. I texted him yesterday asking if he planned on doing the installation and received no response. Today (Thursday, October 20, 2016), I decided that I needed to drive to the address located on the business card and ask for my money back. I drove to the business location, which did not exist. The business had been closed. Tony will not answer any emails or phone calls and has now been a no-show on three separate occasions. At this point, I will have to say there is nothing I can do and proceed with hiring a different company. I hope that other customers become aware of the horrible service this company provides, and pick a different glass company. I am worried that others have paid this man for services, and have him not follow through with any installation.
