It's considered a combination shopping, dining and entertainment destination and one of the newer ones in Delray. It's got a plethora of stores and about 9 restaurants as well as places for yogurt, chocolates, and candies. Some of the restaurants like Burt's have been there since it opened. And some (like Terra) are newer. A few favorites have closed, but there's always something to see while strolling the easily walkable center. At the northern end, is the movie theater and entertainment center with bowling and arcade games, etc. We had stopped for dinner with friends at Batch and then enjoyed strolling and exploring. It was a lovely comfortable night to be out and about. And a lot of other folks agreed.

The one building is "C" shaped and surrounds the parking lot, including a Latin American restaurant, barber, Chinese, medical center, laundromat, nail salon, liquor store, Caribbean restaurant, seafood bar and grill and a church. There is a single outbuilding that is a Wendy's. The parking lot is in good condition and is decently marked with lanes pointing to the entrance/exit on both roads. There is a traffic light at the intersection that makes it possible to cross both in the opposite direction. 10th Avenue North has an exit on I-95 so there's a decent amount of traffic. This shopping center/strip has a little bit of everything…read more It's anchored by a Publix grocery store on one end and an Adrenaline Entertainment Center with indoor trampolines among other amusements on the other side. In between, there are several restaurants -- Mexican, Indian pizza, and a sports bar. There's McDonalds for fast food out front, too. And a variety of different stores and services -- nail salon, dollar store, spa/massage, doctor offices, bank, etc. These businesses have changed a bit over the years with the Publix being the longest tenant, we think. We have come here mainly for the Publix, Dollar Tree and the restaurants.

We were here to take a kids chess class, which happens on Saturdays a couple of times a month. The class is in the middle of the mall surrounded by all sorts of sculptures. There is plenty of parking and is pleasant enough to take strolls around checking out the various art sculptures.

This time there was a pumpkin patch with a DJ, drinks, a photographer, ice cream, and other treats -- fun for both kids and parents. So many photo spots and such an aesthetic atmosphere. It hasn't changed. The building is at an angle making for some interesting driving situations. There is still a lot of landscaping that marks the aisles so there are a few "hidden" spots but that also means that there are some spots that are in the shade which is always important on hot Florida days. We were here for Poppies which was still fantastic. There is also a dry cleaner, sushi, Chinese, nail salon and professional offices. The Mobil gas station on the corner is still expensive.
