The corner has the traffic light and there are no special lights dedicated for the shopping center entrances. It's pretty well landscaped as most South Florida shopping centers tend to be. That means there are places for people to be out of sight so be especially aware of your surroundings. That said, the shopping center is in very good condition with plenty of parking. Built more than 14 years ago, this shopping center has been popular since it opened. It's located…read morejust west of Lyons Road and North of Atlantic Avenue in western Delray Beach. It's considered a combination shopping, dining and entertainment destination and one of the newer ones in Delray. It's got a plethora of stores and about 9 restaurants as well as places for yogurt, chocolates, and candies. Some of the restaurants like Burt's have been there since it opened. And some (like Terra) are newer. A few favorites have closed, but there's always something to see while strolling the easily walkable center. At the northern end, is the movie theater and entertainment center with bowling and arcade games, etc. We had stopped for dinner with friends at Batch and then enjoyed strolling and exploring. It was a lovely comfortable night to be out and about. And a lot of other folks agreed.

The strip mall has restaurants, professional offices, cell phone store, a package ship store and a bank with drivethrough. It's in decent condition and the parking is good. It hasn't changed. The building is at an angle making for some interesting driving situations. There is still a lot of landscaping that marks the aisles so there are a few "hidden" spots but that also means that there are some spots that are in the shade which is always important on hot Florida days. We were here for Poppies which was still fantastic. There is also a dry cleaner, sushi, Chinese, nail salon and professional offices. The Mobil gas station on the corner is still expensive. Visited the plaza today at the Ripe eatery as the furthest end cap for a hot cup of espresso. Next, went to Joseph's Classic Market for a slice of cheese pizza. The Damn Good Sweets is out of business. Some really catchy business names like Olive U and FurLife Vets.

The Dunkin' and the car wash block some of the businesses from Atlantic Ave. Good variety of restaurants and shops but had to drive around a bit to see everything. Also a complimentary valet on the west side for a restaurant called Warren American Whiskey Kitchen taking up an area of the parking spaces. Next time here I will try the Bagels With Deli.
