And amongst some of the cheaper items, there are some designer names mixed into the rest of their stock. You can sometimes find a bargain in their clearance stuff, but again, it's hit and miss. I do like to check at one of their stores now and then, however, as their stock changes pretty regularly. I really wasn't looking for anything particular this time but browsing to see if anything appealed. And to walk off a bit of my dinner nearby. I saw someone wearing a beautiful bathing suit and she told me it was a named-brand for only $14 and she got it at Ross. So I took her recommendation and found 3 gorgeous suits totaling $47. OMG- my normal suit costs me $125-$200. Even if I get a year's worth of wear, I'm thrilled.

My husband went to Walmart Liquor store yesterday around 11am or so . One female staff member at…read morethe time was restocking shelves. My husband walks over to grab vodka bottles as we were going to have a Bloody Mary get together ! He sees 4 bottles of a certain vodka left on the shelf . Next to it on the floor was two full cases of vodka he wanted on the bottom and 4 other cases of other liquors on top of those . So my husband asks her if that's the product on the bottom of the stacked cases and she said yes.My husband then said he will take one box of the 6 vodkas in a case and she said give me a minute and I will get it so my hub said ok . She then continued to grab the top box and walk it over to another spot and set it on floor get her box cutter get it open and restock the shelf ! So then my husband sees the staff member isn't going to help him now as she was going to continue to remove and restock everything on top of vodka first . So he then moved the remaining two boxes on top of the vodka he wanted and she then yelled at him and told him "I told you to wait a minute and if you get hurt you can't blame Walmart ! Now with the case I wanted exposed she comes over and takes the top vodka puts it on floor and slides it into middle of floor and says here you go! So now he has to further bend down to get the box of vodka since she lowered the top box to the floor. So he said "Oh it's ok for me to pick up this box but I can't pick up the two lighter boxes ? So the staff member did not handle the situation correctly . Staff schedule restock but when a customer comes in they need to stop restocking and help the customer with their transaction first . Making a customer wait while she restocks 4 boxes is just wrong and also being inappropriately rude to a customer . He bought what he needed and left as I walked in to use the lotto machine and the Walmart member even had an attitude with me . She wasn't pleasant and I got out of there fast . Some people are not good with customers and apparently she was having a bad day or is grumpy all the time . My husband's shopping experience was not good. I'm hoping a manager of this particular Walmart will talk to her and tell her help the customers first restock after customer leaves store !

TIP: buy at least two items to get the BOGO and sign up for their free rewards program! They also have a Famous Footwear credit card that gives you even more perks if you're interested.

There's no one around to help or assist, so basically you wander -- getting in more steps than you'd need in a week! They did have three of the four items on my list so that was a plus. This isn't in an area where we normally shop, but came up on Yelp as the closest Walmart to where we had had lunch. I don't think we'd go out if our way to come here, but if in the area, it's good to know it's here.

I'm being generous…read more We've been here before and it has never been like this. The store was an absolute disaster of a mess. At first, we thought they must be going out of business and running a closing sale. There was what looked like "crime" tape around quite a few areas. And within each area there was stuff thrown all over and, on the floor, and in assorted boxes. And some areas were totally inaccessible. And some were just dangerous. How they let anyone in to navigate around the store is beyond me. We think they were getting ready to rearrange items to match displayed pictures (they were taped on some shelves). But really people, do a section at a time so that EVERY section in the store isn't affected! There was only one staff person visible. The gal up front helping everyone at the self-serve registers. My husband said he saw another guy in the back doing something with some boxes, but I never saw that guy. This was just an accident waiting to happen. Hope they clean this up soon before the inevitable.
