This is a super center so that means it's large and has both groceries and everything else you can think of. We parked near the entrance, but as always what we needed were in two very opposite corners of the store. There's no one around to help or assist, so basically you wander -- getting in more steps than you'd need in a week! They did have three of the four items on my list so that was a plus. This isn't in an area where we normally shop, but came up on Yelp as the closest Walmart to where we had had lunch. I don't think we'd go out if our way to come here, but if in the area, it's good to know it's here. read more

I am confused. I purchased two air mattresses that were queen-size. Both deflated two to three times a night, requiring my husband and I to reinflate them. I took the mattresses to be returned at the Walmart on 2765 10th Ave, Palm Springs, Fla. I was first told that the exchange area had closed at 9 PM. However, it was 8:57 PM. I remarked that we had been there for at least 5 minutes waiting for someone to help. Everyone seemed baffled. Finally the manager came and said that the area had been closed since 8 PM, but indicated that he would help us anyway. I had written on one of the boxes the word "exchange" followed by the latest date for when I could return the defective items. The manager seemed to think that this was some sort of ruse, in which I had repeatedly, apparently, bought and returned air mattresses. I now believe that for some bizarre reason, he thought I was being dishonest. This, in spite of having the mattresses, boxes, and receipt. He informed me summarily that I could not receive a refund. We could only exchange the mattresses that we had for ones of a similar price point. I found this all to be very confusing. However, I went ahead and got two unopened mattresses for about the same price. They were both full-size. There was no comparable product that matched what we had initially purchased, which were queen-size mattresses. Never mind the fact that the product, made by Ozark Trail, is inherently defective. Why would I want to get more of the same and wake up three times a night thrashing around in a drowning bed? This concern seemed of no consequence to the manager. Once we came back to do the exchange, he briskly tapped the original receipt and said, "See? It says so here...", apparently with the intention of informing me that the exchange policy was my only recourse. He then gave us a gift card with $2.06 on it, saying that that was the difference and we could spend the gift card on whatever we wanted. I have now looked up all the ways that Walmart allows for returns. The manager, it would appear, is inaccurate. I would like to know why. Initially, I thought that he was trying to help us; however, I now realize that he wasn't, for whatever reason. I suppose he assumed that I was up to no good, all in the name of two air mattresses that didn't work in the first place. He used that logic to misstate the truth, it would appear. I now have air mattresses smaller than the originals that don't work and that don't even match the initial ones I purchased. I intend to sell them on Facebook Market in order to recoup some of the expense. Can any of this be explained to me? I will not buy any products again from Walmart. read more

Walmart I typically like Walmart and had been using this location as it is convenient to the kids school. This location, even though it is a Supercenter, does not compare at all to the Walmart over on Old Boynton Rd. This place is constantly wiped out of inventory and just in total disarray. That being said, you do have a better chance of finding what you need if you go EARLY in the morning before the hordes wipe out what little that have. Prices are fine enough, as it is a Walmart after all, but the best prices do not mean much if there is nothing to purchase. I use pick up service usually once or twice a month. Staff is pleasant. I do not go inside the store unless it is vital and I am not crazy enough to deal with your store My issue is that they allow anyone to park in the pick up spots. Customers leave their cars, go inside, shop. I have watched people just sitting here chatting with others, seeing customers load their trunks. They are lazy because they don't want to walk far. That does not leave any spots for pick up. So, store manager, why aren't you taking care of this? Do the right thing. You get paid enough. read more

I don't know if it's my bad luck or this Walmart Supercenter is never stocked properly. Last time I stopped here for some baby spinach and Serrano peppers. The spinach was unavailable in regular or organic produce. They only had mixed spinach and kale bags. And the peppers didn't seem very fresh. I ended up going to a open air produce market down the road. And a few months ago, the whole freezer section was closed down due to some issue in the store. Other than that it's like most Walmarts, less employees and more people trying to check out in long lines. The self check out section is not too bad. My suggestion would be to try the curb side pick up for things you need. First time you order like that, you get a discount as well. I usually go to another Supercenter of Walmart in Boynton Beach which is significantly stocked better than this one in all departments. ~ read more

This place does take some level of self-reliance to find everything and get yourself checked out. There are few cashier manned registered, so the fastest route is self-check out. Make sure all your items have a readable barcode. If you have them all facing up in your cart, you can use the scan gun to scan them quickly! When Qtips were nowhere to be found, I asked a worker passing by and she pointed it to me, hidden on a side wall with baby wipes, not in ear care section. She was helpful when asked. No one will stop and ask you if you're finding everything you need today. It's up to you to make you visit successful and enjoyable. SODA: If you consume sodas or have a party, they have boxes of 24 cans for about $7. That's reasonably priced without waiting for a sale. SALMON: I also noticed their slab of salmon was priced comparable to Aldi's. Convenient to pickup with my other groceries when needed. I don't go to Walmarts for service, it's mainly for convenience of a "one-stop" shopping experience with good prices. read more

Everything was great until checkout, long lines at the cashier fine, I saw an open lane with a clear green light at the top of the cashier. I started to scan my items but noticed the computer screen popped up, so I popped it back down and this lovely lady, Chelsea,had the audacity to tell me to "don't f*** touch sh** that's not working" I had no idea or there were no signs of indication that the lanes wasn't in use. Very disappointing that this walmart has so few workers providing customer service . Walmarts usually have everything but what's the use if the store has no one there available to help you either locate what your looking for , direct you to the right department, and even just provide some simple customer service . I've come here 3 times and all 3 times I can never fold any employees to help assist me and I end up spending way to much time here either looking for what I need to get or assistance to direct me where what I need is located at or to know whether they have it in stock or not . So being in here three times this past week makes me realize that I've officially moved into the area. It's the standard Walmart Supercenter. I find the one in Boynton by the mall is a little bigger, so if you're looking for more options, go there instead. I'll take this one for the time being since it's not that far from my house and it's pretty clean. The customer service is actually nice. It's not expected much since it varies with each staff member when you go into any Walmart. Some are willing to help and some not so much. I actually have asked several employees there about finding something and they actually knew where it was at. Plus, the store is kept up and organized. The parking is a nightmare. Sometimes the lot is full and other times it's not. However, it can get really claustrophobic when there are people that stay in your way. I ended up going this past weekend for back to school tax free weekend and it was like Black Friday in there. Blech. Despite the cons, I'll still return and get what I need. Most of the prices beat the competitors on most things, so do the research before you buy. I seen some products increase in price within a day, which was insane, but that's business. read more

What a dump. I went to return broken sunglasses and they sent me back to jewelry. Seemed odd, but whatever. At the jewelry area they could not take them so they called a manager who had to put a key in the cash register. The whole thing took three times longer that it should. When I was in the front someone tried to take my shopping cart because they were too lazy to send an employee out to the parking lot to gather the strays. There were literally two shopping carts of two hundred at the entrance. When I was in jewelry someone DID steal my cart. So I had to pick up half a dozen things carrying them through the store like a refugee. I was in there last week and could not find soy sauce in the Asian food or condiments section. After ten minutes guess where it was? In the Latin foods area. Someone flunked geography. How many registers open? Two. Ten people in line. They did have a supervisor walking around looking at everyone and a lady at the exit checking receipts. Why don't those two people work the register? I promise not to steal any pickles. They put Kmart out of business and it will be nice when Amazon does it to them. P.S. I am done with Walmart. Today I ordered eye drops and a computer mouse from Amazon. Two items I would have normally ran into Walmart for. I normally go early in the morning on sunday. The place is almost empty at 10ish. I have found if I, go later it's packed. There will be huge lines and will take forever. It's not as badly packed on the off season. The store is kept very clean. The shelves are nicely stocked. I have also found the staff to be helpful. It has a huge parking lot. But it does get full on saturday and sunday. We have seen that, they don't always have the best price. So if your gona shop at walmart for food needs. Make sure you check the others stores sales. Besides the shelves always been half full. I went to the self checkout line & they had multiple empty registers. And a employee named VIVIANE came up to my family and I and decided to make her own rules. She said it was only 10 items or less and that we couldn't purchase our items here. Mind you we had maybe 20 items tops all together and we were paying 3 ways separately. She said that we needed 3 shopping carts if the 3 of us are paying separately? I've never heard of any of these rules. I told her we'd pay separate ways but put ALL our things in our ONE cart because we're ONE family. She proceeded to stand over us and say she's going to watch ME to make sure I purchase all my items. Disgusting. Mind you there's a whole bunch of other people around with carts FILLED to the brim but she came to pick on my family and I for what ever reason. VIVIANE was so entitle so confident she was going to get away with treating my family and I but I can assure you she got herself a reality check. When I corrected her & gave her the same energy back. 5 star service. Impressed with the ease of online pickup. Ordered Rico's nacho cheese, the brand I get in the movie theatres. Then ended up ordering 4 are there items including a multi-pack cereal that I couldn't find anywhere else. Everything arrived in two days. I went to go pick it up in the store and was in and out in less than five minutes. Store overall look pretty clean. Definitely much better than some of the other Walmarts I've seen in Jersey. Walmart in South Dakota are still much better but for South Florida. Then at the end of the day it's cheaper than Publix and you can buy more things while you're here. I'm definitely a fan of Walmart. Plus Manowara was great with the check out/pick up process. Ill def be coming back read more

This is a really funky Wal-Mart, still stuck in the early 90's where its really small and they have almost nothing that you need. Parking is horrible and unclean, customers are shady, but the employees are actually nice. I needed to come out here on the way to Greenacres as my contact lenses were bothering me and needed to pick up some eye solution ASAP. Even though this is a really small Wal-Mart, I did notice that the other end of it is under construction, looks like a newer addition and they just put up a grocery aisle in the semi-completed section. So, hopefully this means that this Wal-Mart gets upgraded into a Super Wal-Mart as the entire store and parking lot is in urgent need of a make-over. Good luck! read more

I ran in there to get some hamburger buns and only 3 registers open. Then I get to the exit and have to wait online to have them check my receipt for just hamburger buns. Just ridiculous. Just when you thought you have seen it all at Walmart. We were heading to Western beef when we remembered we needed a lightbulb for my truck and an over the toilet shelf for the second bath. So we went to Walmart. We got a cart and headed to the back of the store when an older man almost running past us saying...'not interested'... 'I am good'. When we looked past him there it was...a kiosk for xfinity...with two men at its side. As we approached one of the men moved forward and I stated we are not interested and were good. What ever you do, never return something to Walmart via mail. There is a good chance you will never get your refund. I have been waiting a long time. They even lied to me saying the refund was processed and on the way to my bank. I called my bank and they do not have anything pending. At this point I will never shop at Walmart again.
