I'm being generous…read more We've been here before and it has never been like this. The store was an absolute disaster of a mess. At first, we thought they must be going out of business and running a closing sale. There was what looked like "crime" tape around quite a few areas. And within each area there was stuff thrown all over and, on the floor, and in assorted boxes. And some areas were totally inaccessible. And some were just dangerous. How they let anyone in to navigate around the store is beyond me. We think they were getting ready to rearrange items to match displayed pictures (they were taped on some shelves). But really people, do a section at a time so that EVERY section in the store isn't affected! There was only one staff person visible. The gal up front helping everyone at the self-serve registers. My husband said he saw another guy in the back doing something with some boxes, but I never saw that guy. This was just an accident waiting to happen. Hope they clean this up soon before the inevitable.

And as I said in a previous tip, it was neat and organized. I'm so used to stacked up boxes or half opened boxes filling the aisles. And usually some sections looking like the locusts (or a horde of unruly kids) had rummaged through every item. But this store by contrast was pin perfect. They must have a great management team plus allow for sufficient overtime for all their stock to be properly displayed. Service at the cashier (and there was more than one open) was friendly and professional. Look forward to coming back here...

There were merchandise boxes on the floor waiting to be put away, there was merchandise on the floor itself and the store was generally just untidy. The young lady who rang up my small purchase was pleasant and polite so we're at two stars instead of one. Hopefully this store can get their stuff together. When I went in I told the greeter / loss prevention guy that the sprinkler systems is on, even though he could clearly see since he is standing in front of the door. He responded to me "there's really nothing that I can do about that". I looked at him and I responded back actually there is you can tell your manager so that the manager can let the property management company know that the sprinkler system is coming on at odd hours during business and is NOT positioned correctly where it doesn't squirt your customers trying to get into your store. I looked at him and said "Better yet I will tell him myself". Manager came over, gave him the information he said he would shoot an email to the property management company and I told him what greeter/loss prevention had stated , which was not really appropriate , he had no comment.store send to have some good buys. One of the unusual aspects was that as we got out of our car there were a few folks hanging around outside with adult beverages in hand. One street looking person was without shoes as I noticed her very dirty bare feet. Inside the store was pretty much the same. The shopping center had a number of unoccupied stores and is older. The lot is large for parking out front but is definitely showing its age. In fact, compared to some other Dollar Tree stores, it was fairly organized. There weren't the usual huge stacks of boxes on the floor waiting to be unpacked impeding progress that is common in some of these stores. We found most of the items we were seeking. And it wasn't too hard to navigate. The only glitch was that there was only one cashier open and a very long line to check out. After a while they did open another line for a few folks ahead of us, but they only had it open for a short time. It helped a bit. And once we got to the cashier, he was fast and efficient...and even friendly. It's not a store we would normally shop at, but it's nice to know they are here should we be in this neighborhood again.

It is definitely an older building and could use some refurbishment like a new floor. Overall, I can find the items I need here quickly. The lone cashier working on a recent Saturday afternoon did a good job keeping the line moving and was pleasant despite being swamped.

The store looked crowded as many boxes were laying around the aisles waiting to be unpacked and stuff placed on the shelves, but again, that happens a few times a week at every Dollar Tree.
