They had the most choices I've seen in quite a while for me to take to the fitting room to try on. I liked that they allow up to ten items to try. Unfortunately, I didn't buy anything here. BUYER BEWARE AS MARSHALLS RETAINS THE TOTAL SHIPPING, HANDLING AND TAX FROM YOUR ONLINE ORDER RETURNED. This a fraudulent and misleading business practice, inequitable and unfair to the customers purchasing items from the Marshalls online store. Now I lost almost $12 from my order, after shopping at Marshalls for over 20 years. This is ridiculous, misleading and false advertising to customers, as my receipt even states that I can return my online purchase to any Marshalls store for a full refund. This is a false statement. I am very disappointed in this return policy by Marshalls; imagine if they do this for hundreds of thousands of customers throughout the country, how much extra money is Marshalls profiting from misleading customers when they have to return their online orders? Disgraceful!
