Anchors for the plaza include TJ Maxx/ Home Goods, Ross Dress for Less, and Five Below. On the outside of the mall is a PNC Bank, Bank of America, Outback Steakhouse, McDonald's and AutoZone. There is also a Panera Bread, Famous Footwear, and AT&T. I came to the plaza to try 2 Chef's Souparee which was excellent. The only downside to my visit was there was not enough parking. I had to circle around for 15 minutes to find a space even though I was willing to walk far. While I was driving around I found some other places I want to check out for dining. This plaza has a good mix of places to eat nd the kind of stores I like to shop at. I even saw a violin musician n in the parking lot, not a sight you see every day. If only the parking situation was better.

We were here to take a kids chess class, which happens on Saturdays a couple of times a month. The class is in the middle of the mall surrounded by all sorts of sculptures. There is plenty of parking and is pleasant enough to take strolls around checking out the various art sculptures.

All I did was unfold a T-shirt, and the associate immediately confronted me and yelled. His tone and attitude were so aggressive that I genuinely felt harassed. Feeling harassed, I reported the situation to the manager. I went to the manager expecting at least basic professionalism, but the situation somehow got worse. He didn't apologize, didn't take responsibility, and instead whispered something to the associate before telling me the employee was autistic as if that excused everything and as if my experience didn't matter at all. It felt dismissive and disrespectful. Also, when I reacted with shock because who expects to be yelled at for looking at a shirt at a clothing store? the autistic associate even insinuated I was stupid simply because I was dumbfounded by how he was speaking to me. That was completely unacceptable. The manager was present at this point Let me be absolutely clear: The associate's behavior was the problem. His actions toward me were unacceptable and made me feel harassed, regardless of any diagnosis. That is why I went to the manager in the first place. What concerns me most is the manager's failure to address the inappropriate behavior or take any corrective action. Management has a duty to maintain a safe and respectful environment for customers and to ensure staff are properly trained and supervised. Dismissing my complaint and offering no resolution reflects a lack of proper oversight and raises serious questions about the store's adherence to basic standards of customer protection and professional conduct.

There are multiple entrances from both sides and curb cuts to enter if you're on the opposite side of the road. The traffic light at the intersection is the only one nearby. Several big box stores take up the most room with a Home Depot ad Publix with an Office Depot facing off. There are three outbuildings that host Burger King, gas station and Chili's. Other shopping options include a liquor store, hair salon, beauty supply store and banking. The mall has clearly marked aisles for traffic and there is a lot of landscaping that makes it hard to see clear across the lot. However, the lot is in good condition and does have lighting. The plaza is always decorated by designers for the holidays -- Halloween, Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day -- and it looks stunning every time! This time there was a pumpkin patch with a DJ, drinks, a photographer, ice cream, and other treats -- fun for both kids and parents. So many photo spots and such an aesthetic atmosphere. I have gotten items at the Dillards Outlet Store entering directly from the back of the lot. Victoria's Secret, a Hallmark store, bridal shop, comfort, shoes, and some Jewelers are here. The typical shops and anchor stores still remain. The kids play place is still there, and the carousel I rode on as a child. It's no longer operating, but it was nice to see tucked away in the back of the mall in a corner that seems untouched by time. The shops that were open were warm and inviting. The food court is still open!
