Didn't ask any questions about my vision and in fact when he performed the vision test, he rushed through it sometimes not waiting for me to respond. He made me feel like he couldn't be bothered with me. He didn't stay long enough to talk about my perception and when I expressed concern to the nurse that it wasn't strong enough she told me Richmond often forgets that "younger" clients are used to seeing things clearly, and he doesn't worry about small changes in prescription. Very annoyed that she told me I could change the prescription to a higher number but that if it didn't work I'd have to come back in and pay for another contact exam. What was I paying for that day?! Also, this is one of several eye exams I've had and never have I had blurry vision for 3 hours after. I couldn't see up close or far away and maybe this is something that is either new or more common in this area. I've never had blurry vision for more than a several minutes and think that they should tell you when you make your appointment. They also were surprised I didn't bring my own sunglasses because the drops make your eyes sensitive to the sun. Maybe they should mention that to new patients. Two picky things: 1. Who answers a business phone with "Hello?" What happened to saying the name of the business? 2. Maybe they should update their medical history form to something that sounds like it was written this century. They had pregnancy and breast feeding listed under "Female Medical Problems" Maybe use the word "conditions" so you don't sound so out of date.

Most recently, I came in on a thursday to order a new pair of glasses- and was told the wait time would be about two weeks, but I got a call on saturday that they were ready to pick up! When you go to pick up your glasses, they will fit and adjust the frame to your face. Your glasses also come with a hard case and a little cloth. If you have issues down the line, they are always accommodating and will help tighten or adjust them if need be.
