I went to this salon the day before my baby shower. I had an appointment with Paige. First off, she was all bitchy towards me because I was 20 minutes late. I had been stuck in traffic and couldn't help it. But the thing is, I wasn't late to my appointment. The woman who booked me booked my appointment for 1pm, but she booked me for a consult an hour before my actual appointment- at noon. I got there at 12:15/12:20ish. So I was really confused as to how my lateness was effecting her so badly... She told me she would only be able to do a one process color if I wanted her to do a blow dry. But I TOLD the receptionist to book extra time because I wanted a two process. I'm pretty sure this was just BS because I wasn't even late to the actual appointment. Anyways, I got an ombre done. It was awful! It legit looks like I have grown-out highlights, that's it. It's not a real ombre. And the color is awful! There's some red and some orange and some blonde and some light brown. (It was supposed to be a honey-light brown color) she really didn't take the time to do it correctly and it was so disappointing because I had to go to my baby shower the next day with this ugly looking color. I was really upset. Plus, I paid 275$ for the entire thing. Yes, you read that right... 275$ for a one process ombre, cut, and blow dry. Total rip off if you ask me! (I have worked at a hair salon before as a receptionist, so I know it was a rip off) I don't like her at all she wasn't nice and her blow dry sucked too it was really flat, not bouncy and pretty. And I know I have good hair, so it wasn't me. Hair dressers have told me my hair is really easy and fun to blow dry. This Paige girl just was lazy and didn't care about her client, just about money. If you go to this salon I'd ask for someone else, they have plenty of other good hairdressers. read more

I had very short, graying hair when I first started going to Lisa F. She was recommended to me for her expertise with hair color, but that is only the beginning of her talent! I thought growing my hair out would be the worst experience ever, and I thought coloring my brown hair blond would make it dry, but Lisa F. kept my hair looking great as it grew to below my shoulders and I am always complimented on the color and asked where I get it done. My daughter and I have trusted Lisa F. with our hair needs for over 7 years and I can't imagine letting anyone else near my hair. I always hated going to salons, and with Lisa I actually look forward to seeing her, catching up on our lives, and leaving with my hair looking the best it possibly can!! What sets Lisa F. apart, in my opinion, is that she has a natural knack for knowing what looks well on her customers. This Hair-Salon would have been good if they had got my hair cut the way I wanted it. But the lady was not at all with me. I had this really long hair and wanted to cut it a little so that the texture would be the same. But this lady would not listen and cut the hair a little more. This in turn made me look very different of what I am. But I would surely visit here a second time because I know that getting a hair specialist is not a single day affair. My aunt suggested me this Salon and I hope they live to my Aunt's Expectations. But one thing I liked about this Salon was the lady who was very sweet. I have been going to this Dellaria location faithfully for over a year now. I orginially went on a recommendation for my up-do for my wedding in July 2008. I was recommended to Lisa Frallicciardi and have been going to her ever since! My little sister is also a client of Lisa and just like me never lets anyone else touch her hair! I have gone from long to short and back again, changing the color and cut a million times along the way. Lisa always does an amazing job. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I could not be happier with my hair care team Kelly and Michael. They both go out of there way to listen to me and produce the most amazing results. Kelly is amazing with hair color and highlights.
