Just got my jeans back this week after being altered. I am not all that happy with the…read morealterations. I understand that the store hires someone to do the alterations so "it's not their fault" but, it is because they chose them. They have obviously had problems in the past because you have to sign a waiver that they are not doing the alterations. They removed the label on the back of my jeans which created holes in the label and parts of the label is still stuck to the jeans where it used to be. There is bunching on the right side of my pants at the waist too. Overall, experience at the store was good, alterations on the jeans are not nearly as good. Thus, they are knocked down a star.
