From answering the call with a literal grunt, to speaking to me in half grunts/half words, it sure is "interesting" whenever I need to reach out to this company. The cherry on top of my last call was to try and decipher his gutteral noises to understand that he has many complaints for me including how I am calling too late (solid 3.5 hours left of the standard workday), how he won't be able to find a driver, and how he will charge me more for calling so very, very late in the day. Do yourselves a favor and courier something yourself before dealing with this headache. I would suggest remedial customer service classes, but I think at least a 2nd grade education would be required and I am not confident that's possessed here.
